I bought a Judge Wok
I bought a Judge Wok. I have used it twice. Not only is it rubbish at cooking food quickly but the pan itself is already damaged. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.
Judge saucepan poor design.
Bought Judge saucepans (4) + frying pan through Amazon. Saucepan lids have plastic handles with stainless steel trims - when immersed to wash or if put in dishwasher these trims take in water which only escapes when next heated. This results in stale water trickling down lid and into whatever food is in the saucepan- disgusting! An amazingly poor design- No help from judge just told to return through Amazon.

Their handles let them down!
I bought a five non-stick saucepan set of Judge pans. I have no complaint about the durability or quality of the pans as they are obviously heavy and well made:what has really disappointed me are their handles and their complete disinterest in replying to my emails asking for their help & advice.
Every one of the pans was affected, some with slight loosening of their handles but two became impossible to use and the largest handle of the largest pan eventually just gave way.
After just two years of use I have now thrown them away. Very disappointed with their lack of after-sales help & advice and will not be buying a Judge pan again.

I recently purchased a pair of Judge JDG30 Double Walled Glass Coffee Cups. I especially liked the design and the quality of these cups. I bought them online and was delighted with them when they arrived in the post. They really are marvelous!
Judge Sitinium non stick pan is…
Judge Sitinium non stick pan is absolute rubbish. Everything sticks even at low heat. Last night I cooked bacon In 2 different pans side by side. The judge one stuck in seconds the Italian one wiped clean with a paper towel.
Supposed to have a 10 yr warranty but hasn't lasted 10 weeks. Customer service just want to be awkward. Don't purchase. Buy French or Italian if you want quality.
Top class pots and pans.
Thankyou Anne & Rachel at Horwood!
Who I really want to say a GREAT BIG THANKYOU to are Anne & Rachel who are the aftersales team of Judge cookware's parent company: Horwood.
I recently bought a Judge steamer set for the cooker hob and within a day of using it I noticed a small chip on the edge of the glass lid.
It's possible there may have been a small chip there to begin with, but it's also quite probable I may have chipped it in the washing up bowl without realising.
However it happened I was a bit annoyed with this happening within hours of buying it, so I emailed the aftersales team using the address on the packaging to ask if they sold replacement lids.
And without any quibble what-so-ever, Anne replied to say that they would be putting a replacement lid in the post free of charge.
Sure enough, I now have a new...unchipped lid on my steamer pans and can't thank Anne & Rachel enough for their excellent service.
We're all quick enough to moan about poor service, but on this occasion I want to say a GREAT BIG THANKS!
