The absolute best provider by far..
I've been with Juice Broadband for a little over a month now and chose them because of the good reviews they are given. If you want a broadband provider that gives first class service, great value and who you can contact IMMEDIATELY without being placed in a queue to a call centre in god-knows-where, then Juice is probably amongst the best - if not the best already. Clare has been a delight to deal with and deserves recognition for the best customer support I've had in years. I see no reason to ever change back to the other 'big names' (mainly the ones whose name begins with 'V' who give poor service and charge the earth for it). I'm convinced I made the right choice this time!

Finally, a decent, honest broadband provider!
The team at Juice were clear and swift from the start. The equipment for self install was delivered on time and the speeds promised as exactly what we get with no evening bottlenecks as we've had with other providers in the past. Well done Juice!

I never fear the occasional outage
I never fear the occasional outage (here in the sticks, it happens) because it's always a pleasure to deal with the guys at Juice and I know I'll be up and running in no time at all. I've never known a provider like them. Their help, support and advice is second to none. Every time.

Fantastic broadband service, Always had full signal and a great service- customer experience is highly professional. Any concerns ive experienced have been dealt with in a supurb response time. Communication is fantastic and i would highly recommend to a friend or another household. Over the moon, 5 stars.

Excellent Friendly Customer Service
I was trying to sort out installation of broadband and spoke to a lovely lady called Claire who called me back. She was so helpful and provided me some really useful information to resolve an issue with City Fibre's network. Excellent customer service!
