Have recently switched broadband and phone line to Juice, the process so was straightforward the equipment was so easy to connect and works great!
Claire has been fantastic, had a really bad experience with a national broadband provider and was worried that there would be a gap in service but this didn’t happen, Claire was very helpful and informative.
When I was connecting the equipment I had initially plugged the phone into the wrong outlet - but quickly and I mean very quickly got through to technical phone line support and they were so helpful! And was fixed within a minute or so.
I would never go back to one of the big 5 companies, the customer service and ease of use is exceptional.
It’s great to phone up and speak to a human being , opposed to being on hold for 20 minutes passed from department to department

All I can say is I looked at the reviews for Juice and then phoned them up and Claire was so helpful from the start , and the customer service is amazing and I’m so happy.

I heard of Juice Broadband as they provide their services to the radio station I volunteer with. It is a breath of fresh air to have a local and personal service who are always at the end of the phone if needed. Top notch service! I have just signed up for another 2 years.

Great service. Have been with Juice Broadband for over 2 years and never had a problem. Just renewed for a further 2 years and it was so easy. Good customer service and great to be able to speak to someone on the phone. Emails are always answered promptly and they keep you informed of problems in the area which are fixed quickly.

Just renewed for further 24 months. In the past 24 months have had no issues what so ever. I haven't needed to contact support as the service has been 100%. Cannot say how brilliant the service is A+++++

We've been using Juice Broadband here for over 6 months now and we honestly cannot fault the service. It's reliable, consistent and the team were extremely helpful when we needed help configuring some of our own equipment. Very happy with the broadband speeds too. Would definitely recommend.

Juice were great right from the initial communication to order the service, through to support when the service came live. Even contact me within a day as we hadn't yet started using the service and checking everything was ok.

We'd been with Virgin for a number of years but were so weary with the constant haggling over rates. City fibre had laid fibre in our road so it was time to seek out one of the suppliers using them. I chose Juice firstly because a friend recommended them and secondly, as a designer who has to upload large files, I wanted the speed. The service from Juice was great. They are not the cheapest supplier out there but the quality of service and customer care made up for that and they still come in roughly £30.00 month cheaper than Virgin on a two year contract. Just a couple of points to make: a) getting hold of Virgin is a nightmare b) Juice has someone at the end of the phone. I'm happy.

Cancelled Virgin who were wanting to charge us £140 a month for TV we didn't really watch, other than the 5 main channels. It also included internet & land line. Gone onto freeview now & cancelled the landline in favour of our mobiles. Saving over £115 a month. What a result in these hard times. So enjoying the juice from this company. Juice Broadband a great company who set us up with our broadband very quickly & efficiently. A great firm to do business with.

This company is one of the best internet providers around, there customer service is amazing and they are there to help with any issues that arise, we never had any problems with the broadband service or the company, I wish there were more companies around like them

Absolutely first class and seamless service from Claire, Wayne and their team. From our initial conversation to our actual installation date was a matter of days and everything ran smoothly and we were kept up to date at all times. The transition from our old provider to Juice was noticeable immediately with ultra fast broadband. Our only regret is that we didn't make the change a long time ago! Keep up the amazing work guys! The speed and reliability cannot be faulted. The friendly service and support is there if we ever need it.

We decided to change our broadband from BT after continual connectivity issues. We were recommended to Juice from a family member and we have been delighted. From our initial approach Claire & the team have been easy to get hold of, explanatory emails were prompt and the changeover was smooth. We have not had any issues with our broadband since we changed. A great service from Juice we would thoroughly recommend them.
