This was my second experience with this company and again they were excellent. I booked a boiler service on line and they actually turned up on time. They were clean, efficient and explained exactly what they were doing in layman’s terms. Will I use them again, yes, most certainly.

We have used JBL to service our boiler for the last few years and they have just removed and disposed of our gas fire place. Great comms as usual, brilliant friendly service, on time and good pricing. Will always recommend them.

This is the second year I use this company for servicing my gas boiler. On both occasions I found them efficient and timely, from the booking process to actually carrying out the job. This year Darren serviced the boiler. He was on time, polite and efficient and left the space clean. I enjoyed talking about his children which he clearly adores. I highly recommend this company. They are also reasonably priced.

Julian Bland made me feel like a valued customer from the first contact. My initial enquiry was responded to very quickly and Danny visited the house to assess and provide the quote in no time at all. We managed to book in for the installation a lot quicker than I expected which was great. On site the team were friendly, professional and got the job done ahead of time and leaving everything nice and tidy. The boiler is working great so would highly recommend.

I managed to buy a house where boiler maintenance wasn't a priority for the previous owner. I discovered this business via the local FB community group and booked an appointment. The engineer arrived on time identified the problem and returned to fit a new heat exchanger. About 28 months later & being happy with the service I booked a routine boiler service. The (same) engineer arrived on time, completed the service with no fuss, he treated my home with respect and left it clean & tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Easy to book a service. Received reminders prior to visit. Arrived at arranged time. Alex was a very courteous and professional engineer who worked efficiently and tidily. He explained how the system worked as we have just moved in following buying the house. He identified a few issues that needed sorting and we await his return with parts . I felt it was excellent service , fast tidy and very knowledgeable. I know more about the central heating system
And the underfloor heating/ hot water system. Thank you for taking the time to explain, excellent customer care. I would highly recommend this company .
