Great quality, excellent taste and beautifully presented. I would definitely order again and highly recommend it for birthdays, celebrations, or any special occasion.

We are very disappointed to see that you have given us a 1 out of 5 stars, especially since we did everything in our control to bake and ship your cookie/brownie box ahead of schedule, with care and with a tracking number. While we are very sorry to hear that your friend has not received the box, the delivery service is out of our control. The tracking info you and I received from PostNL states that the box was delivered within 1 day to the receivers address. Unfortunately, there appears to be a problem on the receivers side of things. You mentioned that he/she was in need of a 6 digit code, but they didn't share more details so that we could follow-up. We know nothing about a code or how their local apartment building handles incoming postal pkg shipments. We can only guess that the apartment itself has a general receiving area for its tenants where a code needs to be inserted? The receiver should know this code or have a key for this. In addition, if a pkg has to be delivered to either a neighbor or a different location for pick up this is indicated clearly on the PostNL tracking page and a note is inserted into the receivers mailbox with instructions. We tried to chat with PostNL to inquire about the pkg but their AI chat could not help us. We can contact PostNL on their next open day (Monday) however unless we have more information to give to them, they will also read the same tracking page that states the box was left at the receivers address as indicated. As mentioned in a previous email, it might be a good idea for the receiver to ask a neighbor if they know more about a code for their apartment bldg parcels or to check if they have a note in their mail slot from PostNL with further details.
