A jewel fell out of the wiggle ring after one day. They sent a replacement but it has already tarnished and started going orange after one month! Not worth the money, very poor quality.

The clue is in the name, junk by name, junk by nature.
No response to customer contact means they do not refund faulty goods. Shocking service - do not buy. It's junk. KB

I have bought around 4/5 pieces of jewellery from this company and was overall happy with the first few pieces despite 2 gems falling off my rainbow earrings within a few weeks.
Then I bought a gold ring and was very disappointed to find began to tarnish within weeks and was totally silver within a few months. Additionally 2 of the gems fell off this ring as well. This is what I would have expected from a £5 ring so don't think it's worth the £20ish I paid for it. I contacted them and they wouldn't accept a return as it had been more than 28 days. They were rude in their communication.

Love the jewellery design, just think they should charge less as the quality isn't very good

Although it took time for a response, I recieved my order after some trouble with shipping. The items are nice and my partner loves them.

Bought a silver ring from here and it was really beautiful when it arrived, but turned my finger green when I wore it. After less than a month the ring tarnished and turned completely copper. Messaged Junk jewels 3 times about this and they gave me no solution the first time and have ignored my other 2 messages. Really disappointed with the quality and customer service.

I bought my first three pieces from this amazing small company last week and I’m so impressed at every step of the process. I work in the jewellery industry so I was really impressed with the price points for these lovely pieces. I think most of the other negative reviews don’t understand that plating is not something that will last forever and needs to be cared for extremely well to avoid tarnishing. I take the ring off every time I wash my hands and all pieces immediately come off once I get back home and there haven’t been any issues so far. The shipping was also extremely fast, I got my order the next day even though I had only paid for standard shipping. My only gripe is that their small is a size M which I can only wear on my pointer finger but I do have very slim hands. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a U.K. based minimalist jewellery company on a budget, they definitely deliver and I will be purchasing again in the future.
