Beautiful items of jewellery. Super quick delivery. Very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this seller again

Zoe and Mollie - appreciate your customers.
Hesitant to post anything but hopefully the owners see this and take the feedback on board. I have bought a lot of items from Junk Jewels as I find their jewellery unique and dainty. I met Zoe at a pop-up, she was so lovely and I was happy to see how invested her brand she was, I ended up buying 2 necklaces, 2 pairs earrings and a ring that day. Sadly after a few months the ring has started slightly tarnishing, I contacted Zoe and had a response from her sister Mollie, it wasn't the best response and basically implied I had not looked after my jewellery. I am very particular about my jewellery so keep them dry, safe and always in a dark box if I'm not wearing them. It was quite an expensive ring so was shocked to see that happen and again explained to Mollie I looked after all my jewellery with care. She responded that "as their pieces are plated, it would be susceptible to tarnishing over time and when cared for correctly our plated jewellery can last for years"
After that, I decided not to purchase from Junk Jewels again, my other items are still in perfect condition and I will continue wearing them but advise anyone wishing to buy from them that the aftercare is non-existent.
Disappointed in a brand I really like
I don't usually leave reviews, but I am pretty disappointed with Junk Jewels, especially since I have bought a lot of jewellery from them because I really like their stuff!
I bought a couple of silver rings from them. Less than two weeks later the ring was starting to go a rose gold colour, from where the silver plating was rubbing off. I sent a picture and a message to their Instagram around 2 weeks later and didn't receive a reply. I messaged again and they said to email their enquiries contact. I did this and a month later still did not receive a reply. Messaged again on Instagram, still no reply even though I can see they've seen the message. I just don't understand why my enquiry got ignored from start to finish.
So all in all, great jewellery I really like it, but the customer service has let me down.
Very satisfied with the whole experience
I placed two orders with Junk Jewels and was extremely satisfied both times. I orderd various earings and a necklace. Products seem of very good quality and are quite unique which makes them even more lovable. Prices are also very affordable thus would say its good relation price-quality. The shipping is also very fast even if you select standard shipping in UK. Deffinitelly recommend and I would make future purchases.
Very happy first time customer
I ordered the twisted hoop earrings in gold. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I am also really happy with the product itself. The quality is good and I really love the look of them. I will definitely order from Junk Jewels again.
Products break easily & small
Junk Jewels is an independent business made in London, but has been around since 2005, so for a business of 15 years I was very disappointed.
My order was a pair of earrings which arrived broken and a necklace which IMO was too small for the £24 price. I got a refund just fine but the communication was not great.
If the earrings break before arriving then I doubt their quality for £24 a pair as all. A terrible shame for trying a smaller business for the first time.
