Very reliable and smooth experience

Prompt, efficient and good value for money

I was looking for an urgent booking and the team at Junkwize were incredibly helpful, resposive and efficient.
10/10 will be using them again.

I have used Junkwize a couple of times. They were friendly and helpful. I would use them again.

Requested Saturday evening, quoted and agreed Sunday, picked up before I left for work Monday. Can't really think what Junkwize could have done better or faster.

Swift and clear service. Absolutely no complaint.

They informed me 30 minutes before reaching my house so I had time to prepare. They took pictures and cleaned up the stuff quickly.

Two pleasant young men arrived promptly, and did the job quickly and efficiently - exactly what I had asked for.

Junkwize are such a great service. It's so hard to get rid of your large junk items in London, especially if you don't have a car/don't drive, so this is the perfect solution! They're super quick to respond, can usually collect your stuff next day, and charge a reasonable fee.

Arrived at the designated time, and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Efficiently and carefully cleared all the waste. Extremely professional throughout. Great communication with a helpful team. They handled our confidential waste as well as electronics recycling, as well as more general items for disposal from our office clear out.
