RSD release.
I received notification of release as promised. My order was dispatched within a few hours of my placing it.
Great experience of Juno Records.
However my delivery through Royal Mail has not arrived as promised.
So I can not comment on quality of protective packaging or condition of the album.

Service was great, Product had problems
Service was great, but the product was the very devil to fit. Moulding flashings around the plastic parts would not allow it to slide into the cartridge, and had to spend considerable time very gently removing them with a scalpel and emery board in order to fit the stylus without damaging the cartridge. Once fitted it sounds great, as if this was a voice note, you would be able to hear!

This product is design specifically for the Ortofon F15E MK2 Cartridge, so if it is being used with this, then is sounds like there is a manufacturing fault. For Juno 5 stars
For Juno 5 stars. Well packaged and swiftly sent. However for Royal Mail, you were hopeless. A notification said delivery by 5pm. Normal daily deliveries are by 12 and I had previously bought a ticket for an event, but decided to stay in until delivery. Before, they’ve left items outside, not even ringing the bell. Nothing came by 5pm so I wasted money on my pre bought ticket. It did eventually come just before 6pm. Juno, have you thought of using a courier. Another firm I buy from always use despite the order saying Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Items always arrive timeously. Once again 5* for Juno but Royal Mail let you down.

Slight damage to all three record sleeves.
Next day delivery as promised.
Records well packaged however………all 3 records had very slight corner damage but the packaging had no visible damage.
Did not deserve more than three stars due to this.
Normally perfect so surprised a little bit.

The order was placed on Friday evening after our cut off time frame so it left us on Saturday afternoon. This is a 1-2 day delivery service which does not include the Bank Holiday but I can see it was delivered on Tuesday 5 May which is classed as the 2nd day delivery. Best Regards Juno

Ordered 3 albums on vinyl
Ordered 3 albums on vinyl, 2 of which I’d struggled to find for years, I was happy with the price. One was B stock, with a damaged sleeve. I struggled to see what the damage was, so was delighted with the marked down price. Delivery was prompt and the records well packaged. Very happy, will continue to order from Juno.
