Made-to-measure loft hatch
I needed a made-to-measure loft hatch. Jupiter Blue provided great pre-order advice on measurements and installation, and how to remove the existing frame.
The new hatch arrived within 1 week, and was a breeze to install. It is high quality and now the rest of the room needs decorating :-)
Recommended.

Excellent product and service
I ordered a bespoke loft hatch on Sunday 25th Feb, it was delivered on Tuesday 5th March so it was a quick turn around for made to measure. The product is excellent quality and was very easy to fit. It looks really smart on the ceiling and has made a big difference to the look of our landing area. I am really glad that we opted for the aluminium insulation cover as it finishes the hatch off lovely. I had a question so I emailed the company on 8th Match during installation and received a response within a few minutes. Excellent service, would use again and will definitely recommend.

Ordered a smaller specific sized loft hatch at around 4pm and it was delivered for free at 1130 the next day! Fit straight in, company are clearly very reliable.

A Good Experience
I ordered a made to measure loft hatch early Feb. I was given an approx manufacture time of 10 to 14 days. I received the order after one week, so quicker than expected. The item was to the exact measurements I requested, and looked to be made to a high standard. Due to the build quality, it was easily fitted, looks good, and is more functional than what was in place prior. The online system advised me when the item had been despatched. I later enquired about the courier tracking number. I received a quick response to my query, but the item was delivered later that day anyway.
