Broke in 4 years
The fitting was difficult as the door can’t be separated from the frame and it is fairly heavy. Door hinge is broke after 4 years which is short lived in my opinion for this type of product that is only used very little amount of times. I contacted the company to see if they could help a couple of times but had no response.

Excellent service - very customer focused
I recently converted part of my garage into an office and as part of the build the building regulations office insisted I change the loft hatch for a fire rated item. I ordered a bespoke size hatch from Jupiter Blue. Item arrived within a week of ordering, was well packaged and fitted a treat. I would order from Jupiter Blue again and highly recommend them.

Bought 2 500x500 fire rated loft hatches. Nicely made,Came next day & fitted same day. Good quality..was concerned they would look a bit odd with the finished bedroom but they look slick. Couldn't have been easier from start to finish.

Product did not work for the need…
Product was not used, product did not clock securely/ easily and worries it could open and hurt someone. Unable to return due to return policy that was not finicially viable as I got a better fit from wicks for almost the return cost.
