The loft hatch was delivered very quickly and looks great the screws supplied were poor quality compared to the hatch and I replaced them. I am very happy overall.

Made to measure loft hatch.
Made to measure loft hatch. Really easy to fit , good quality and best of all its metal and doesn’t need to be painted! One less job to do when decorating. Also have an air tight seal to the loft which is always a plus. Would recommend.

Very neat loft hatch. Pefect fit
I ordered a bespoke loft hatch to replace an ill fitting wooden one.
The ordering process was very simple and details of the loft hatch and how to filt it were very clear.
The product arrived in a large box and was very well padded to ensure no scratches etc.
It was a perfect replacement and fitted really well, there are no gaps as the seal around was perfect. The old hatch 'leaked light all around it,
i am more than happy with the quality, price and delivery of this product and would definitely recommend Jupiter Blue.
One minor niggle - the "free opening pole worth £21.60p". I doubt very much that it is worth this price. I was going to order a 2nd pole, but not at that price! It may be a good idea to remove the "worth £21.60p" part of this sentence.
Otherwise an excellent product for an excellent price delivered very quickly.

We know our products very well, in the case of this loft hatch we've sold over 100,000. The odd time we get a complaint about hinges breaking it is due to either incorrect use or incorrect fitting of a loft ladder.
This is why we have asked for photographs of the back of the loft door on two occasions. As you've been unwilling or unable to supply these, how can you claim our after sales service is poor?
