Ordered a watch online about a month ago, fancying a bit of a treat… first it wasn’t in stock, they suggested an alternative which was great - but when it arrived it was a customer return (not new) that had been repackaged, and the bracelet was damaged. I sent it back the same day. Still waiting for a replacement or a refund; they seem to be suggesting it must have been damaged after it left them- which isn’t the case - the damage was all underneath their repackaging efforts. They claim that they need to send it to the manufacturer for assessment.
Really disappointing experience - sending out returned items as “new” really exposes the customer to stuff like this and I’m expecting it will leave me way out of pocket.
Currently no money, no watch.
Avoid completely. It’s a massive risk to shop with them.
Added 4th April:
Unsurprisingly the news from Seiko was that it must have been damaged - I could have told them that. My issue is that they posted me a damaged customer return watch.
The issue here is that they allow customers to return watches to them after sale, and these watches are then repackaged and sold as new again. But this opens you up to receiving a damaged watch - and then NOT being able to return it because Jura will accuse you of the damage and offer to fix it for you - for a price?! A search of watch forums reveals I am not the first victim.
So… Still no watch, refusing to refund or replace. Jura / CW Sellors claim - even though they know this was a customer returned watch they posted to me - that I must have damaged it! They sent a (fairly poor quality) photograph of them repackaging it, but I can tell that the bracelet was already deformed at this point. They aren’t listening to any of my arguments and simply keep refusing to refund or replace.
I’ve found them absolutely unbelievable and I’d strongly advise anybody against entering into any purchase with them, at any price point, in case anything like this goes wrong.
I paid and ordered a watch on January 31, but they did not dispatch it, and every time I ask them they say there is a problem and will be dispatched very soon. I finally canceled my order after waiting 1.5 month for it.
Great Service and obtained a clasp for my watch that I didnt think was available (even from the manufacturer)

I purchased a Garmin sports watch from Jura Watches on the 30th of January 2025 for around £800. I also paid for premium FedEx shipping which should have had it be delivered within 3 days. I got an email from Jura Watches saying that there was a short delay with my package and that they will keep me updated, no problem. Fast forward till now (mid March) there is still no sign of the watch and when they EVENTUALLY respond after receiving my emails they keep making false promises saying they will have a date "tomorrow" or "in 2 days" which they never follow through with. I have requested a return which has been declined because I "never received the watch" which is ridiculous. So I have sent them an email yesterday for my order to be cancelled outright and receive a refund. Still no reply. Very, disappointed. It is my right as a consumer to change my mind and cancel my order.

Seem to be having a similar experience to all the bad reviews on here…
Ordered 10th of Feb, no sign that the watch wasn’t in stock from the website, was hoping to get the watch in a week as it was a present, e-mailed Jura to be told 2-3 weeks, currently getting towards 5 weeks, no watch not replying to e mails anymore.
I went on to their instant chat ( WhatsApp ) and posed as a new customer and asked about the availability of the watch in question to which they replied they could get the watch in 2 weeks, to which I replied that’s good considering I ordered that watch and it’s been 4 weeks…
Which just shows the lies this company runs on.
Jura if I had any advice for you it’s be honest, advertise that you’re cheaper than other places but in return as a customer you may have to wait 8 weeks for delivery, people would accept that. What customers won’t accept is constant lies and being ignored!
I’ll give it one more week and then accept defeat and cancel my order.
Update, spoke to someone there who to be fair was very nice and apologetic but still had no idea on time frame for delivery.. so cancelled.
Placed an order 24 Jan 2025. Receievd email advising the store should have my watch by 5th Feb and dispatched straight to me. To this date still not received my order. Communication has been very poor. I have had to initiate all contact and the information being provided is inconsistent and any dates they provide come and pass still with no sign of my order. This is making me rethink and sourcing my watch locally or from another retailer
Latest update 09/03/2024 - I have now cancelled my order. Not even an apology or interested in asking for any reason as to why. Just shows disinterested customer service. I have purchased the watch elsewhere and got a better deal. They have lost out in my custom and I would not recommend

The order which I placed before Christmas, arrived in the end of January and the customer service team is not very much helpful.

Ordered watch online on the Monday - was told delivery would be on Wednesday - very happy. Wednesday came and went without delivery so I phoned and was advised that it had gone missing but would now be delivered on Friday - slightly less happy but hey ho, these things happen. Friday came and went with still no sign of the watch, so I phoned on Monday morning to be told that they had no idea where it was but that the would deliver as soon as they had found it !
Draw your own conclusions but I would say Avoid.

Ordered garmin fenix 8 3 weeks ago and still not arrived, was told it would be with them on the 27/02/25 but when I rang them because they gave me no update after the 27th had been and gone they told me they still didn’t have the watch, I asked if I could cancel my order but advised me not to because a refund would take up to 10 days, judging on how long it takes these guys to get your watch to you I can’t see it being 10 days more like 30 till you get your refund, I would advise going direct to whoever you want a watch from,
I bought a luxury watch from Jura watches at the start of December. It was exactly the model I was looking for and was significantly discounted. A quick online chat and additional discount provided and I committed to the purchase. The watch in question turned out to be ex-display but I wasn’t dissuaded given the discount provided. I should point out that I had researched the model for a few weeks prior to this and no other company came close to the price agreed upon.
The watch was dispatched and arrived the next working day (following the weekend). It was well packaged with all cards and paperwork intact. Jura watches had also started the online registration for the watch on my behalf.
All was looking golden until said watch was opened and a mark was clearly visible on the face. To be fair this in my opinion had to have been a manufacturing issue and not attributed to Jura watches. That said it could be argued this defect should have been identified prior to dispatching as it was somewhat obvious.
Jura watches were very apologetic and arranged collection. Again this was expedited with very little hassle to myself. I was contacted by Surita who took care of all actions from the watch collection through to the sending back to the manufacturer. I was also kept appraised of time scales for the repair which were delayed due to the Christmas period. This was frustrating for me but this down to the manufacturer not Jura watches.
The watch was finally returned to me at the start of February with the defect rectified. Unfortunately the workings of the watch were for me questionable. Surita was again contacted and did not hesitate the return process. I contacted Surita a couple of times and she was very sympathetic to speak with. There was no feeble excuses she simply acknowledged she could not account for the problems and that she would once again return the watch to the manufacturer. Unfortunately by this stage I had completely lost confidence in the watch and if I’m being honest the manufacturer who I had spoken to separately (I won’t bore with detail but I did not get the reassurance I was after).
A few weeks later, the watch was returned to Jura watches with the manufacturer stating it was operating within expected tolerances. No explanation was provided for the issues I had experienced.
I was eventually contacted by Hany from customer services. I had already explained to Surita I had no intention of accepting the watch back and there was absolutely no quibbling or ‘used car’ excuses. Hany arranged for an exchange on another watch and arranged delivery to W. Hammond in York (also part of the Jura group). The staff there were absolutely cracking and facilitated the exchange.
This review probably bangs on a bit but the points to observe are the level of customer service experienced. No getting away from it I was given a bit of a headache but Surita and Hany did everything they could to reassure where possible especially when aspects were out of their hands.
So would I ever buy a luxury watch online again? Not a chance. Would I buy from Jura watches or their affiliated stores? Absolutely.

Ordered a watch on the 6th Feb with credit, paid the first £88 for the credit agreement and was advised the watch will be with us soon. Waited a week without any update, so I emailed and was told my order is “top priority” so I waited another week. I didn’t have any update so I messaged again. I was then told it’ll be with them on the 27th, once they had it they needed to do a quality check before sending out the item (Garmin). I’ve reached out via online chat today and have been advised there’s been a delay, so why wasn’t I emailed when it didn’t arrive on the 27th when you advised it would be in.
He’s then advised me that he assures me it’ll be there soon! How soon do these guys think is soon. I’ll be on my second payment with credit before I’ve even got the item I ordered.
If you are happy to wait what seems like forever for a watch that garmin will deliver in 5 days or less, then just go through the supplier directly. I’ve advised if I haven’t got the item by Friday I will be refunding my order.
Absolutely Appalling – A Complete Scam!
I have NEVER dealt with such an incompetent, deceitful, and downright disgraceful company as Jura Watches. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I placed an order on 7th February 2025 for a watch that was clearly advertised as "in stock" with next-day delivery. Well, guess what? It never arrived. After chasing them, I was suddenly told the watch wasn’t even available and wouldn’t be in until the 17th February. That day came and went—no watch, no update, nothing.
After countless back-and-forth emails, I finally had enough and requested a cancellation. But they dangled a £150 credit bribe in front of me, promising that if I kept the order, the watch would arrive before my refund even hit my bank. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Big mistake.
They promised delivery the week of 24th February. It’s now 27th February and—surprise, surprise—radio silence. No responses, no updates, and still no watch.
Thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I’ll be reporting them immediately and filing a dispute.
This company is a complete sham. False advertising, broken promises, and outright lies. Avoid Jura Watches at ALL costs unless you enjoy being strung along and ignored while they hold onto your money!
Do not fall for their slightly lower than every other seller prices, as you will be disappointed. Just wish I had read some of the other reviews on here before I made the purchase. I'm off to Beaverbrook's to buy the Garmin as they have them in stock for collection.
I was told this was shipped on Friday for next day delivery. This is beyond a joke.
1) Original watch not re-stocked in error. Ages spent "chasing" the supplier.
2) Substitute watch lost in the warehouse.
3) 3rd watch not delivered next day, despite the order being placed well before the cut off time.
4) When watch 3 finally is shipped, doesn't arrive next day.
5) Was told there was no shipping information and that you had contacted Royal Mail and "hopefully it'll arrive by Monday", only to find out it is in fact with DPD.
6) DPD says "expecting parcel" so still a chance it won't arrive tomorrow.
7) Was told the team would work with me to get it here before the 21st. Here we are on the 24th and still nothing.
While the customer service (except 1 person of the 3 I dealt with) were helpful, even this can't save the awful service.
While the customer service people have been perfectly pleasant, they have repeatedly lied to me. I ordered a watch over 6 months ago and I have lost count the amount of times I have called them and been promised the order is in the next shipment, only for them to move the goal-post over and over again. I got fed up of waiting and cancelled my order.
have bought a watch a month ago, paid for it almost thousand pounds and still haven't received it. Customer service completely ignore me, keep lying to me, every single time I contact them they make up different ETA. How much longer I I have to wait for something I paid for long time ago (32 days)?! They keep my money, they use my money and data sending me emails with adverts. This is obvious that I will not buy anything else from them. They haven't got any rational which explain why I have to wait. I honesty discourage from buying anything from them they don't respect customers
Very easy to purchase my watch communication very good , with tracking,
Staff were really helpful. The watch is beautiful.😚🤌🏻

Third time buying a luxury watch from Jura and the same excellent service. Highly recommend these guys!

Poor service all round. Spent £1850 on a watch, which was a luxury purchase that I had waited years to make. Website led me to believe it was in stock and available, but was then told it would ship from the manufacturer and wouldn't be in for [nearly] 2 weeks. OK, I thought, no major problem.
The sales team had subsequently contacted me to tell me that it would get to them the following Thursday, at which point they would check it over then send it out to me. I asked to make sure I was kept in the loop as I would take the Friday off work.
The following Friday rolls around and I hadn't heard anything but decided to take the day off work rather than risk it. I had sent a couple of emails on the Thursday but had no response. It was getting toward 12pm so I called Jura (actually CW Sellors) only to be told that my watch hadn't arrived and that she would check up on this for me immediately. The return call never came.
I got to Friday evening with ZERO contact from CW Sellors/Jura and decided to buy elsewhere. The alternative watch came the following day (within 12 hours of me buying it!).
I sent a couple more follow-up emails requesting that they cancel the order but still hadn't had a response by Monday lunchtime, so I called them to ensure that the order was cancelled. Given the usual excuses about being a small team etc etc, but I point blank told them to cancel as I had already bought the watch elsewhere.
I'm not a rich man, so I don't have much experience of making luxury purchases, but I would think that spending the best part of £2000 on a watch would entitle the customer to a fairly decent level of customer service.
If you 'only have a small team', then why don't you take on another person in order to give a level of customer service congruent with the sale of luxury goods such as designer jewellery and watches?
I won't be using them again, and suggest that anybody wanting a 'luxury purchase' experience looks elsewhere.
