Just Eat 

I placed an order through Just Eat with a specified delivery time, but unfortunately, it wasn't delivered within the allocated timeframe. Upon contacting the takeaway, I was informed about a driver delay. The order eventually arrived 20 minutes late, with the pizza being burnt, and the sauce had spilled over the cans of drink.

Not impressed with their service tonight. Ordered at 15.00 for a 18.00 delivery time from a local restaurant and all I keep getting is waiting time getting later and later.

I had made an order with just eat Order number: 173834579 which cost me £21.01. I was then delivered someone else’s order of £13, it wasn’t anything that I had in my order and it was items I wouldn’t order or eat myself. My sons were so disappointed I tried calling the restaurant number numerous times which never went through then I contacted just eat to request a refund to my card. There was a lot of going back and fourth and they refunded to my account which I had never requested for. They are refusing to put back on my card which I paid from and this is really inconvenient and tedious as this was no fault of my own. The order was placed on the 12/01/24 and this is still not solved. There’s a number to call for the restaurant but none for customers which is appalling. Customers have to put up with back on for emails with different staff which is annoying. I have requested for a manager to contact me and they keep ignoring my request.

Charged me for an order that they cancelled on 13 January 2024. Need a refund , unable to contact this company. I will like to start a campaign to Stop any company from operating in the UK unless they provide contact details by phone or email.

I wish I could give them no stars! Don’t use the app. They won’t refund you only apply account credit snd they never get the orders right. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t use them! Not one good review on Trustpilot either - how are they still trading!!

Virtually all items missing from order with Iceland happens with all big supermarkets and most items not in stock so you have to wait for refund. This is a huge con by just eat and Iceland to make interest on your money!!! If its not in stock update the website out of stock.

Couriers cannot speak a word, and I mean a word, of English.
Cannot ask for your date of birth?
Drivers different gender to that which Just Eat advise?

It is clearly illegal.
Good courier advised immigration had raided and made over 60 arrests.

Absolutely disgusting service!!!! Left our food outside without knocking on my door!!! 🤬 customer service was terrible! Live chat only !?! They cut you off when you complain !! Offered us 1/3 of the bill as compensation when it was freezing cold and inedible!!! Just eat are making money out of failure and it’s us the customer who lose out! 🤬
I spoke to Mac Donald’s who said they’ve had numerous complaints about just eat drivers but they can’t do anything as the delivery contract is with just eat!!! It’s well known that drivers have on average 3 phones so they pick up more orders and they rush like Amazon drivers! 🤬

Do not use this company. I ordered KFC from them. The driver took two hours. He picked up my order. Went to another village first, proceeded to go to asda, then decided to pick up another order and spent at least 15 mins at a macdonalds, went to another place presumably to drop off the order.

The food was cold and their customer service is shocking. I spent £55 and they wanted to offer my £19 to credit the account. An account i will never use again.

Absolutely useless, over two hours to deliver a pizza, website said courier had been at restaurant for over 40 minutes, I called the restaurant they hadn’t seen a courier for three hours and had a backlog of deliveries. Then when he did turn up he went in the opposite direction to make another delivery first. When it arrived it was stone cold. I asked for a full refund and got 50% as a credit. I will never use them again, totally useless

Absolute set of clowns that steal half your shopping over £15 stolen asada had packed everything I ordered but delivery man didn't deliver all of it. To be told it was over 24 hour deadline. Well if you had a chat or telephone no or answered emails the only way you can access online live chat is to go through health and hygiene questions, as none of the questions relevant to missing items take you anywhere but back to the beginning. The driver stole my items and there's nothing I can do about it. Account deleted charge back made place has gone downhill don't order from these thieves.

Order a pizza fro my kid on Christmas day, the restaurant sent the wrong pizza I complained they send out a new pizza but it was £4 cheaper than the pizza I ordered the restaurant also took back a large kebab which was discusting and never gave me any money back over £15 down the drain i know its not a lot but its my money, on contacting just eat they said nothing they can do because I paid cash even though I placed my order through just eat.

I was given a so called credit after 10days of complaining because I received the wrong order. The credit it's self is not easy to use and took me several weeks. This company is a total joke and seem hell bent on upsetting there customers.

It was on a Christmas Day when I ordered pizza for my family through Just Eat. The company Just Eat got my money, confirmed the order and never delivered. After realising that the Pizza company was closed on that particular day I confronted them for a refund. The pizza company confirmed to me by email that they did not get the money since they were closed on that particular day. I then confronted Just Eat for my money and they flatly refused to refund me my money. This might be a little amount of money but the money is mine and they got it for free. I have exhausted all efforts to get a refund from Just Eat and they cannot be bothered. I have copies of the emails and even the Order number which I also presented to Just Eat.

Stupid driver rang my buzzer at the main entrance to my estate. Failed to follow the instruction I put on the just eat order and delivered my food to the wrong address. With 17 number 15s in my estate how do I no locate my food. I am done with your stupid service. You drivers are incompetent to read simple written English in the app ad well as understand it when it is spoken to them. Make sure you refund my money asap

Getting a refund from just eat is like getting blood out a stone their customer service is awful
If they’ve refunded you once or twice they then say due to the order history we cannot help you
Cold food recieved and ordered fish fingers and given chicken nuggets meaning allergens were not followed and still no refund
