Ordered from Mcdonalds in the sqaure tallaght and the driver never delivered our food. Drivers have to get a code but its just the last 2 digits of our phone number so just marks it as delivered and goes off with the food. Just eat said we couldnt get a refund as "he got the code". Absoloutley ridiculous Just Eat is a joke

Just ordered food and driver rang our phone, it rang once and then the call disconnected. We called to tell the driver that he went to the wrong estate and he replied “I know I know” and hung up before we could direct him to our house. We always leave directions when ordering food because we know it’s hard to find our apartment but drivers never read them. Drivers are not trained and are rude. Driver didn’t deliver food for us to give them the code but somehow changed status to delivered. It’s a waste of our time as this happens way too many times. Just eat maps also lead drivers to the estate behind us. Our food didn’t not get delivered to us and had to get a full refund and time wasted. Poor service 95% of the time

Get delivery drivers to deliver to correct address. Ordered and delivery driver went to wrong address, was given directions by the homeowner to correct address around the corner, but driver left and no food delivered. Even gave a €2 tip, ended up calling number for refund. Would give 0 stars if I could. Never using again.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been mislead and waffled away when clearly I was mentioning that pictures of a restaurant was very misleading in size. I order two burgers and came very small. And they costed quite a lot. Cos of this I will never ever use this platform again and I don’t suggest to anyone else. Very bad costumer service.

Not happy with the Courier at all. Ordered hot muffins and a hot breakfast roll from Centra in Maynooth. They were fantastic, not a problem or issue with them. The App said order would arrive in 20mins. Unfortunately the Courier ended up in the next town, Celbridge, got lost so my order took over an hour to arrive. The hot food was stone-cold due to the Courier. We were heading into the Aviva for the Leinster match but had to delay going in due to waiting on our food. Not All happy with the Courier and service. This review is for the Courier and for the shop as they are not responsible for the Couriers. Id give Centra Maynooth 5 *****

The delivery man did not ring my door did not call my number he just left the food outside and left (that's what he said) is this the way to do delivery ? You don't ring doors anymore???

I’m so upset - angry & hungry. My order never arrived and the driver blatantly lied about it or someone in customer services lied about it. My delivery address was correct on the order but the map showed the wrong address. I contacted their support team to report the map issue & they assured me that my order would arrive correctly in another 10-15 minutes. I then get a message from the driver saying they cancelled my order because my address was wrong. I contact support again immediately and they tell me the driver left it at my front door which I had been standing at for half an hour. I’m fuming. And hungry. Happy birthday to me. Oh but great, they offered me a full refund. Swell.

I’ve an absolute pain in my arse with the relentless emails from just eat .

Great Delivery Service a few hiccups with forgetting items but over all delicious food

Delivery always on time

Awful customer service. Really awful. In all the years I've used them I've only had 2 issues both fault of the restaurants. This time around they're refusing to refund me for food not delivered. For ONE mistake of not changing my address in 13 years I've used them.
Also please avoid buying from Okee Chinese in Dundrum. Absolutely awful customer service. Was a regular will never ever buy from them again. They don't know what customer service is. Will file a charge back. Will see if I can switch to Uber eats or deliveroo.

Very easy to order

Ordered a meal through Just Eat and it never arrived, yet the app marked it as delivered.

I contacted customer support straight away, but was told they wouldn’t issue a refund because their system shows the order as delivered. There was no attempt to investigate further, no proof of delivery provided, and no real support offered.

So I’ve paid for food I never received, and the responsibility has been completely dismissed.

Really disappointing experience. I won’t be using this service again, and I’d advise others to be cautious—if something goes wrong, you may be left out of pocket with no resolution.

Very easy to use and you can see everything available to you in your area

Given a gift card of €50 from a colleague. Voucher number didn’t work. I wasn’t working for the company anymore so didn’t have access to the e-mail. I e-mailed customer service plenty of times with no resolution - so that’s €50 of my colleagues money wasted. I told her to never buy just eat vouchers again.

I will be ordering from any other food delivery app in future. Just eat has gone for too expensive for what you get and the lack of customer service is appalling. I paid almost €40 for two undercooked pizzas that were inedible and had to be thrown out, and despite sending photographs, was informed that no compensation or refund could be offered.

Placed an order via just eats and didnt get my food. Driver says she cant find the house but I can see on the map she just past me. Then after 1 hour and a half says its delivered when it wasn't. I see on the map the delivery driver was parked in a lidl parking lot probably eating the food I didnt get. Ask just eats to get a refund only for them to say sorry we can't provide a refund because the food already left the restaurant and offers a €5 off my nect order. Disgusting, Like its my fault the delivery driver can't use a GPS and find my house which is the basis of a delivery service. Absolutely appalling. We'll done just eats for employing a thief.

Straight off the plane and onto a bike. Supermacs would not take responsibility for the f-up either. No one to talk to on a phone to voice your complaint. Order was never received or located. Please refrain from using these services.
