It was with a little fear when I clicked on that button to buy a travel system from just4baby due to the many "not so great" reviews from the web. However, I am really happy that I did it! Not only did I get a great product at a great price, it was delivered in 2 days (I ordered on Tuesday and got it on Thursday). What's more impressive is that I am living in Belgium and I got it within 2 days! Item was received in very good condition and I have manged to put everything together and check that the items are good. Therefore, I would recommend this webstore based on the good experience that I have! I guess that things are not always perfect and sometimes delivery get messed up but do not let the bad reviews get to you. I guessed most people gives review when they have bad experience and less people bother with the good ones!

Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a £500 order . Contacted them on the Friday was told my order would be with me on the Tuesday . No it wasn't , on Tuesday told my order would be with me on the Thursday . No it wasn't , on Thursday told me it would be with me on the Friday ...... I'm not confident of getting it . Spoke to a very smart employee 'Grant' who's customer service leaves a lot to be desired !!! Hope to meet you in Montrose some day .
Please don't shop with this company !!!

Placed the order Thursday night, and received 2 texts telling me when delivery was due on the Monday .... Down to a 1 hr slot. Great price, great service.

Still waiting for delivery, paymenttakenfrom my account 9th August told it is delivery 3-5 days, now18th August still not delivered 10 days. No emails to say why there is a delay. No tracking available on order confirmation. So I cannit review.

We were happy with the original deal that was given on the Just4Baby website for our cot bed and mattress. The delivery time was 2 - 5 working days, hence the reason we used Just4 Baby instead of another company. on the 5th day we hadn't received our cot bed therefore phones customer services to be told that the deliver date would be September. There was no apology, no concern for us and the fact the due date was looming and in fact I had to phone back for this information as no one phoned me back the first time. When my husband spoke to someone (male) and asked how we get a refund, he was very rude, unhelpful,and ended the phone call very abruptly by hanging up the phone.
We would have continued the order if the customer service had been better. A simple call phone call and apology to let us know the situation would have taken no effort therefore we cannot understand why this has happened. The website needs updating more regularly with accurate stock levels and deliver dates.

Very pleased with our Britax travel system, cheapest on the net. I would have liked better communication when querying the delivery time, but overall it arrived fairly quickly and we're happy.

Good - customer service was polite and product arrived quickly afterwards.

My experience has been horrendous. I ordered a buggy on Friday the 9th being told it would be a 1-3 day delivery so I expected it to arrive by today. As I had not received a despatch email so phoned to check what was going on to find out it has not been dispatched yet. The man on the phone was very rude and unhelpful which increased my anger. I asked to speak to a manager to be informed he was. After him being less and less helpful and me getting more and more angry he put the phone down on me. I have now canceled the order and expecting a refund which I have been told may take up to 30 days to be back in my account my 9 month old is currently buggy less and could be for the next month! Another bug was when trying to phone it went through to voicemail but they hadn't bothered to delete old messages meaning the mail box was full and I just had to keep calling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS RUN BY INCOMPETENT COWBOYS WHO THROW THIER TOYS OUT THE PRAM WHEN PEOPLE DON'T AGREE WITH THIER POLICIES! Only gave a star as it would not let me do no stars.

Let me be honest - I only ordered from Just4Baby because we needed the Maxi Cosi Pearl summer cover instantly and a few of the other shops that we usually use (Amazon etc) were sold out.

I ordered a grey summer cover, which they said was in stock online. They took payment from my account Instantly - but neglected to tell me that they didn't actually have the product until 6 working days later.

Now I was aggrieved because they were selling the product for a good £5 more than every other shop on the internet (seriously I checked) - and their postage costs are also amongst the most expensive, but I needed the seat urgently as my baby boy was suffering in the heat and we needed to go on a long journey.... So you can imagine my frustration when it seemed that they were so very slow on actually dealing with an order that they had taken the money for.

When they did finally acknowledge my existence - they did offer another cover and send it through - but in my opinion for a company that names itself in the digital age, they are charging too much for a woefully slow service. (And with customer services who should really use a spell checker).

Great item especially for our rickety roads. Only thing is can i tighten hood it seems to move more than i wud want it to.

I loved the cotbed I baught but I never received any emails on purchase or delivery dates and when I called they were rude on phone no communication whatsoever!!!

Ordered an out n about little nipper v3 pram, after loads of research just4baby gave the best price I could find online. As they offered free postage I was expecting a bit of a wait before receiving the pram. However to my surprise and delight the pram was delivered the next working day (I ordered after business hours Thursday night, pram was delivered Monday afternoon). Had full delivery options (got the pram delivered to a neighbour because I was in work) and great parcel tracking. Can't recommend highly enough

I bought the Quinny Moodd travel system, travel cot and MaxiCosi Pebble car seat from just4baby. Exactly 6 working days later all items were delivered in perfect condition. The carrier, Interlink Express, e-mailed to say at what time they would arrive and true to their word the goods came within the given 1 hour delivery slot. I would have no hesitation in using this Company again.

Just4baby were selling the item (graco storage travel cot) cheaper than anywhere else I could find online. I had never ordered from just4baby before so I looked at the trustpilot rating and comments first and was pleased with the majority of reviews. I decided to go ahead and place the order with them and im glad I did. The item arrived 2 days later. I was informed of the delivery date and received confirmation of the one hour delivery window. The couriers delivered the item within the expected time frame. I would use Just4baby again and would reccommend them to others.

I found ordering online really easy. My only slight issue is that I didn't specify how many days standard delivery would be, which was five working days, would have liked an option to request an optional date for this as delivered when we were away but had no issuwe with re-delivery. Would recommend.

The only criticism I have is the amount of time I had to wait for my cot bed after I ordered it. I would expect to have to not wait so long especially when the package had a next day delivery postage sticker on it, so why did it take 9 days. I wasn't happy that I had to phone and email them to find out why it took so long considering other companies are offering next day delivery!
