Wish I could give zero stars. Took money out of my account even on a failed order status then lied about being stuck in the depot. AVOID AT ALL COST. They will not send your money back!! Trading standards need to close them down.
Ray Newlands Facebook Pages just deleted my last desperate attempt to get them to help - had 3 faulty pairs of gloves!!!
Desperate for J4K to contact me I ended up putting copies of my most recent email to them and a few of these reviews on Ray Newlands Entrepreneur Facebook pages & J4K pages which talk about how good he is! Well it was my last ditch attempt to get them to contact me to sort out 2 outstanding claims of faulty gloves which we are owed. Unfortunately they deleted my posts and even worse did not even make contact to sort out any exchange. So now we are 2 pairs of gloves plus return postage for 3 pairs of faulty gloves out of pocket and there is Ray posting about his entrepreneurial skills! I will now be going to my bank to try to do something about reversing the payments and also reporting them to whoever I can. So upset as we’ve been such a good customer for many years but I think months of trying to get through to them and approx 35-40 emails is enough now. Even worse, I now know they’ve read my Facebook posts on all of Ray’s pages and simply deleted my pleas! I really want to support Companies as much as I can especially since covid but Just4Keepers are an absolute DISGRACE!

An absolute joke of a company. Substandard product. We buy a lot of goalie gloves and these are by far the worst. The after service card is appalling. They will do ANYTHING to avoid having to refund you. Including being highly dishonest. They should be shut down. AVOID

Really wish I could have read these reviews before purchasing from this place. I ordered a Goal kick return trainer. Product arrived with no instructions on recommended weights for the weighted bag or any attachment for the cord to be secured to the ball or the bag. I have sent messages through the website and sent numerous emails, all i get is someone will be in touch. Have a guess, still waiting been 3 weeks now , The lack of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Still trying in vain to sort this out. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated. Cannot beleive that this shop is allowed to continue as a lot of these reviews sound very similar to my experience.
Dishonest, terrible communication, awful experience, do not use
Terrible experience, like everyone else wish I’d read the reviews before using. My son is size 4 in every brand but these came up really small. After the first wear all the personalised name peeled off, it was attached literally like a stationary transfer to paper. The latex was worn deeply, strap frayed after an hour and a half. Our last pair of One gloves lasted 5 months these are simply sub standard. Customer service is slow and reluctant to admit fault. I’m preparing for battle over a refund for both the gloves my son wore once and another pair unworn that I sent straight back as they looked as thin as mittens. Finally the inspire ball on elastic broke on first use, cord came away from weight and nothing to reattach to. That’ll be the next battle.

J4K refused to refund the gloves, and added that you should wait 24 hours before soaking the gloves for the personalisation to set properly. I'm 99.9% sure this has been added to the ts and cs on the site for my benefit, I'm sure it wasn't there when I read them previously, the text is squashed compared to the rest of the page as though it's just been added. I can't prove this however so asked for gloves to be repersonalised and returned. Not heard from Ash at customer service for 4 days now so not sure I'll even get the gloves back. Please don't use this company, they are disreputable and a con unlike Just Keepers who I usually use who are brilliant.

Really wish I could have read these reviews before purchasing from this place. I ordered a pair of size 5 gloves for my 7 year old boy as that is his correct size but when they arrived they were huge, more like adult size. I tried in vain to contact someone, sent over 30 emails with 1 reply which did not sort out my complaint. The lack of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. After searching endlessly for a return address I found one, took my chances as I couldnt get anyone to confirm it was actually correct. 4 weeks later I received a refund of £26 for a pair of £45 gloves. Still trying in vain to sort this out. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated. Cannot beleive that this shop is allowed to continue as a lot of these reviews sound very similar to my experience.
**Update**
Had to open a dispute with my bank to try and retrieve the remainder of my refund. Just4keepers have issued a further £9 which is still not the full amount I have paid. This company will be reported to watchdog and anything else that will help prevent this happening to someone else. Wasted so much of my time and suffered so much stress due to the incompetence of this company.

I won't bother repeating everything that has already been said by previous reviewers as there seems to be a consistent theme of very poor customer service appearing when trying to return or exchange any products and I've had the exact same experience. Needless to say trying to get a response or any useful information from this company is like dealing with the Riddler from Batman, even something as simple as a returns address seems to be well beyond any employees capability. If you want to purchase any GK gloves I'd strongly suggest you look for a more dependable company.

Ordered a pair of gloves and spines, gloves came in the wrong colour and the spines has already been cut and don’t fit the gloves (obviously got someone else’s returns). absolutely appaling…
As others have said absolutely appaling in every aspect gloves split after 1 game and half a training session they looked worse than a pair that have been worn for 12 months,
As for customer service they make it hard for you to contact them and don't reply speedily, then they send you a link witch once you have read the returns process you have to email again for the address so first step is just to put you off sending gloves back, but they have a disclaimer that they don't garentee the palms which is what goes faulty.
I asked the question if the under side of the fingers were classed as the palm to which I got told they didn't know and somebody reply to now what is 3 weeks later and nobody has !!
They have a bad product and use every trick in the book to make you give up on sending them back or have any chance of a refund or new pair then say you may be weeks without the gloves, which means you have to buy a new pair to cover the time without the gloves you have paid for!!
And even though they are a local company to me you cannot call its all got to be done on line and email they don't want to speak over the phone or meet in person.
Totally stay away from anything that is associated with this company
