We were not clear from the description whether our address would work in a certain format. We left comments about our concerns and quickly heard back from a customer service representative via email. She advised us on some other address plaques that would satisfy our needs. She cancelled our original order and helped me to place a new one.
The plaque arrived and is perfect!

The address plaque looks great and exactly what I ordered.

My only issue is I didn't receive an email when the plaque shipped.

Loved my first plaque! My second plaque is on the way. Great service and quality. I definitely would order from this company again.

I like the appearance and quality of the plaque. However, the screw holes of the plaque and stakes did not align well enough to install as recommended, with the plaque resting on the upper ridge of the stake. I had to turn the stakes around, and fasten each screw well above the lower ridge on the other side of the stake.

We really like our new address plaque. The color matches our new vinyl siding perfectly and the 4" numbers can be easily seen from the street. We were quoted 3-4 weeks and the product arrived in the 4th week so their delivery estimates are accurate. They do charge your credit card as soon as you place the order instead of when the order ships. Luckily the product arrived before my bill was due but this may not be the case for everyone depending on when you order compared to your billing cycle. We are happy with the product we received and would recommend this company for the quality of their address plaques.

Found you on the internet and couldn't be more pleased with our selection and finished product. Quality materials and workmanship. Heavy gauge and weighty to should last long and weather through all of the seasons.

Good size plaque and the three inch numbers can be seen from a far distance.

Didn't take all that long (we ordered right around the holidays so expected a bit of a wait--but not more than you estimated.)

Would highly recommend this company when we are in the market for additional plaques.

I have placed several orders with Justaddressplacques over the years and each and every order has been excellent. I got my orders in a very short time and have never had to return any of them. The shipping was good. The sign itself is nice but the letters on the sign have chips out of them. The paint dried running as well. It looks good from a distance. The light is good very visible with the light mounted above sign in the yard. I just think the craftsman ship of this product could be better. I have seen several signs from other companies that are far superior. I would not use this company again because of the poor final product (quality)!

I have not received my order and cannot find any tracking info. Please help.

This company absolutely sucks! I placed an order several weeks ago for a 4-digit address plague. I thought this was a simple order. I received an e-mail from a "customer service manager" named [name removed] that informed me that my order was on hold until I provided a "physical" shipping address. I gave the "physical" shipping address in my original order. I have a printed receipt to prove it. Stay away from this business. They are incompetent and not user friendly!

Good experience: Product received on reasonable schedule based on custom work and met expectations in quality. Good job.

While it did take about 4 weeks to get the address plaque that I ordered, when it came, it was well worth the wait! It is solid, feels quite substantial when held (weighs almost 3lbs), and looks great! One recommendation that I have would be to include anchors with each plaque for mounting. Thanks for a great item!

I ordered the address plaque on Jan 9th and it is now Jan 24th. I recognize these are all custom made but perhaps improving the cycle time it takes to make them would improve the customer experience. Another suggestion would be to not send out a review until the customer has received the product.

I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt with only 3 stars.

Excellent product. I liked it so much I bought a third one. It does take a while to get it -- each one is custom made.

Ordered a mailbox ornament, and after 2 weeks order was still in 'processing' stage, not shipped. Contacted customer service and was told "I see that you ordered the mailbox topper, and not a plaque. They are, however, still considered a custom product which is not kept in stock. Therefore they have a longer lead time.".
It should have been noted before I completed my order that this was not a stocked item and required several weeks before shipping. As this was to be a gift, the delay was unacceptable.

I'm very pleased with the plaque I received. Ordering was clear and easy, and there was a large selection of options. The item arrived earlier than I had expected, and was well packed. I am happy with the quality of the plaque, and think it is a great value for the price.

I placed my order on Dec 14th and still have not recieved it This item was a Christmas gift and even though I placed the order before the Dec 15 deadline I still have not recieved notification that it has even been shipped! Because I havent even seen the item i cant rate the quality but I am dissatisfied because I was led to believe the item would be here by Christmas

I ordered mine early enough where I was told it would be shipped before Christmas...I just received it 1/04/2012. That isn't before Christmas. It does look good though...

I ordered a plaque in early December as a Christmas gift with the clear instruction that it arrive by December 22. It got here on December 21, right on time. I was very pleased with the quality of the plaque and it is now proudly displayed in my daughter's yard.
