Booked a taxi to the airport over a month in advance, a week away still hadn't recovered booking confirmation (had a receipt though) so I contacted them and after 5 hours back and forth on WhatsApp they booked it in and sent me a confirmation. On the day the taxi didn't show up 20 mins after the booking, I called them and was told they were 10 minutes away. 10 minutes later I get a WhatsApp message saying the car had "broke down" and to find alternative transportation. Terrible service, wouldn't trust them to give me a lift down to the pub let alone anything important
