Delivered quickly
Customer Service via email could be improved as could information provided on the website. When purchasing expensive equipment without being able to see it firsthand the more details provided the better. Videos of the equipment being used, assembly details, comprehensive warranty details etc. After a lot of back and forth I did decide to purchase and the product arrived and seems ok.

Good service, poor product
Service was really good, fast and reliable. The product itself was a bit disappointing as some of the holes/screws did not align properly, so i could not screw everything in properly and it made it very difficult to put together. It works well for now.

Delivery arrived at the time indicated, which was useful. The driver was helpful. The assembly instructions were clear and straightforward. Give yourself about 3 hours to do it completely. It has been used already.

The service from Just Fitness was excellent
The service from Just Fitness was excellent. They responded to my enquiry quickly and organised a delivery time and date promptly after the order was placed. The equipment was delivered on time. As it so happens I do know how to adjust the bike, but it would have been nice had they offered to ensure the bike was set up correctly for me. Overall, a great service.
