I want to share my full experience with Gym and Fitness because what started as a really frustrating situation ended up being one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

I originally purchased a 12kg wall ball which arrived out of shape and wasn’t fit for use. I returned it and decided to purchase a different, more expensive, top-of-the-range wall ball instead. Unfortunately, that one also arrived out of shape.

At that point I was pretty disappointed and frustrated. I had spent good money on equipment that I couldn’t actually use, and after also having to follow up regarding the original refund, I was seriously questioning whether I would ever purchase from Gym and Fitness online again.

This is where the experience completely changed.

Adam from Gym and Fitness personally took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to find a solution. He kept me updated throughout the process, communicated openly about the stock issues they were experiencing and explored every possible option to get me a suitable 12kg wall ball, including looking at having one sent directly from CENTR in the US.

Ultimately, Gym and Fitness sent me a brand-new 12kg wall ball completely free of charge and I also received a full refund for the original faulty wall ball.

I genuinely didn't expect that outcome.

What could have easily been a situation where I walked away from the company as a very unhappy customer ended up completely changing my opinion of them. The original product issues were frustrating, but the way Gym and Fitness, and particularly Adam, handled everything afterwards was 10/10.

Adam was responsive, honest, kept me informed and genuinely seemed determined to find a solution rather than just close the ticket and move on.

Things can go wrong with products and orders — that's part of doing business. For me, what matters most is how a company responds when something does go wrong, and Gym and Fitness absolutely got that part right.

I went from seriously considering never buying from them again to being someone who would happily purchase from them again and recommend them to others.

Thanks again to Adam and the Gym and Fitness team for going above and beyond. Really appreciate the way this was handled.

Item is not usable due to not all required parts provided. Unable to get in contact with anyone and issues getting a full refund due to paying return costs. Waste of money

Had a great experience purchasing through Mark. Very clear, and quick to respond. Still working through setting the rack up as it's a beast (Force USA C20), but happy with what I got in the end.

Could not be happier with the ForceUSA G12. Assembly was straight forward and quality is fantastic. The highlight though was the customer service. Two weight plates were lost in transport (not Gym and Fitness' fault).

The transport company largely fobbed it off, but Gym and Fitness took ownership and got the issue sorted with a minimum of fuss and great communications.

I cannot recommend them and the G12 highly enough.

Recently bought a Force USA G12 home gym from Gym & Fitness, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I did extensive research comparing different setups, and you honestly can't beat Force USA for long-term trusted quality equipment and price.
My salesman, Gabe, looked after me really well from start to finish, sorted out a sharp deal and provided smooth service. I had a minor teething issue with a couple of things once everything was assembled, but Adam stepped in and handled it brilliantly. His customer service was next-level, going well above and beyond to make sure everything was completely squared away and that I was looked after.
Really happy with all the team, Really happy with the G12, does everything I expected and hoped. Highly recommend these guys if you want great equipment backed by a solid team who actually care about their customers after the sale.

Gym and Fitness is the destination for the best gym products. The reasons are several, but to give two examples, their customer service is excellent compared to others. I purchased a home gym multi-exercise set and struggled to assemble it, but their service team fixed the issue, which was caused by the original manufacturer providing a short cable. The product is excellent, and I have been using it for more than three years now.
The second reason is their reasonable prices. Initially, a battle rope was cheaper from another seller, so I asked them for a price match. They matched the price and delivered it in just two business days, whereas the other seller's delivery timeframe was two weeks. I used this battle rope at 6 AM this morning and use it daily.
In summary, if you need any gym equipment, contact them and they will likely match your requirements. Have a happy workout for a healthy life. Keep calm and breathe deeply to realize what is important in life. Thank you!

I bought my flooring, adjustable bench and later on some jammer arms from gym and fitness.

During EOFY you can usually find some deals. One downside was the fact my flooring was delivered 1 month late and the colour I ordered was sold out. However, for the inconvenience, I was given a coupon equal to the value of the flooring, which I felt was a fair and professional way to handle the situation.

Unbelievably fast delivery! The platform is user friendly, easy transaction. The revolving bar attachment we ordered for our cable machine is of high quality steel. Very happy with the quality of product. We have a communal gym that is used by many people and needed something that was of commercial quality. This definitely ticked all the boxes and we will definitely be purchasing again.

Exactly what I was hoping for, delivered in a timely manner. Very heavy 50mm rubber mats on pallet for easy handling.

Very happy with my Tandem Tower from Gym and Fitness. Shipping was quick, the delivery driver was helpful, and the crate was easy to unpack.

Everything was clearly labelled. The nuts and bolts came in two small toolboxes, with separate bags containing only the hardware needed for each step. This took a lot of the guesswork out of assembly.

A couple of things could be improved. I could use an impact wrench for around 60% of the build, but tight spaces and awkward angles meant the rest had to be tightened by hand. The cable-routing diagrams weren’t particularly clear either, although I got there in the end.

One helpful tip: the weight-stack rubber bumpers for Step 4, Item 23 are in the bag with the extension chains and carabiners. These took me quite a while to find, and I initially thought they were missing.

Overall, assembly was fairly straightforward, and the finished unit feels very solid. If you’re installing it on rubber flooring, build it in its final position—it’s very difficult to move afterwards!

The cable action is very smooth, and I’d highly recommend it.
