I had the pleasure of dealing with John for a purchase. He was amazing, everything was easy and quick. Delivery was organized very quickly for a large order and when I realized I would not be home on the day of the delivery due to unforseen circumstances, I called Ricky and he managed to move the delivery to the following day. Home gym by Gym and Fitness
I have had a great experience with Gym and Fitness in building my home gym. I initially bought a Force USA X15 workout station, the core of my home gym with attachments and weight plates. I can do a variety of compound and core exercises. Had local fellas to install and setup the whole equipment. I also purchased multiple sets of dumbbells and barbells. Floorings mats to cushion and protect my garage's floor.
I recently expanded the floor space with extra floor mats and a set of 25kg dumbbells, my strength has continued to increase.
I recommend Gym and Fitness for all your fitness and training needs. I now train when 9 want to, I don't need to travel to a gym and I have the floor to myself.
