I bought the Horizon Comfort R recumbent bike. It's a full size bike, built for adults and a lot cheaper than similar brands. Assembly was straight-forward and I have had no problems with it.
The ordering and pick-up process went smoothly, no hassles.

I could not have wished for better.
From my phone call for an exercise bike (of which I had no idea of what I should buy) to delivery and assembly I found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable and very patient.
My bike arrived when stated and the service I received was incredible. Thank you for making the process so easy.

JustFitness is Just Excellent
JustFitness was prompt and easy to work with. The time processing my payment to receiving the bike at my door was very fast. The bike works well, was fairly easy to put together and it arrived with all of the parts. Overall I would highly recommend JustFitness for purchasing exercise equipment.

Inferior product
The product was quite inferior to what was advertised and there were bolts and nuts missing when I opened the box. Also, sliding seat makes a lot of noise

Customer service experience was really good. When I was enquiring about my product the staff there were very helpful, I had quite a lot of questions kept calling back and forth, thankyou Mandy for being so helpful.
The availability of the item was pretty good, purchased it in the morning and picked it up on way home at 3.30pm. so didn't have to wait at all to have it. Got my brother to assemble the item, was very detailed and straight forward took him about 50 mins.
I used it on the same day that I purchased it.
So far so good! I'm a very happy customer.

No issues with service or speed to get my order. All worked perfectly fine. I picked up my purchase from the store and the item was wheeled to my car and placed in my boot for me. Couldn't ask for more. The product itself meets my expectations for the price. No issues.
