Our flowers arrived in time for the funeral viewing and were really beautiful. Everything was exceptionally done!

It was easy to order on line. The floral bouquet was very colorful and seasonal and enjoyed greatly by my staff member whose work anniversary it was.

Company was honest about delivery delay and followed through the next day! My friend loved the flowers and said they were really pretty! Thank you!

The online ordering experience was easy. Great selection. Liked having the option to have a specified delivery window, so the flowers would arrive before a party. My sister and her husband loved the flowers, to help them celebrate a major milestone wedding anniversary.

We live 1,500 miles from Minnesota, but Just Flowers got the pretty bouquet to the ceremony on time. We made a special request via email and they promptly responded in the affirmative. This is the second time we’ve used Just Flowers and I have save their information for future use.

I live out of town, so I ordered online to send flowers to my sister. Ordering was easy and there are tons of beautiful arrangements to choose from. Flowers were delivered on time, and were absolutely beautiful.

Huge selection over wide price range. Arrangement appeared exactly as pictured. Was immediately contacted with changes in delivery as requested by funeral parlor. Very happy with Just Flowers!

Flowers were beautiful and delivered well before service. 1800 flowers canceled an order saying they couldn't find a florist for order.

If I could give less than one star, I would I ordered flowers for a funeral that were never delivered. I did not receive any notification that this was going to happen and then when I called the company to request a refund, they offered to send the flowers the following day to the deceased family, which is totally unacceptable.
They offered to give me a $15 credit on flowers that cost me over $100.
This business failed. I will not order from them ever again.

My granddaughter loved the flowers and, especially, the little bear that accompanied them! Thank you!

Flowers delivered looked nothing like what was ordered and paid for.

I ordered a birthday bouquet from JustFlowers.com based on a specific arrangement pictured on their website. The bouquet I selected was a beautiful arrangement featuring pink gerbera daisies, green hydrangea, and two yellow roses that had sentimental meaning. I also paid an additional fee for a bouquet of four birthday balloons to be included with the delivery.

Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement that was advertised.

The bouquet that arrived did not contain the gerbera daisies, the green hydrangea, or the yellow roses that were clearly shown in the photo on the website. Instead, the arrangement contained completely different flowers, including large yellow lilies and red roses, creating a totally different look and color palette from what was ordered. The vase was also not the same style as the one shown online.

In addition, although I paid for four balloons, only one balloon was delivered.

While I understand that florists may occasionally substitute flowers, reasonable substitutions should still resemble the arrangement that was advertised. In this case, the flowers, colors, and overall design were entirely different, and the paid add-on items were not delivered as ordered.

This purchase was meant to be a thoughtful birthday gift for a friend, and it was disappointing to see something so far from what was selected and paid for.

Based on this experience, I would caution others ordering through this company and hope they will address this issue and ensure customers receive products that reasonably match what is advertised.

Facility claimed they never received floral arrangement, very pleased that delivery person took photograph of my order right on her desk!!!
Wasn't excited to pay so much for delivery, so many places offer free delivery.

Picking out the bouquet online was easy. The price was very good for the beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was very pleased with the whole experience

After finding a lovely 'Pink Fairies' bouquet on their website,I ordered some to be delivered that day to a sick friend. After a day, it came to my attention that they hadn't been delivered and I was never informed. It took a complaint to get them delivered 3 days after the initial order. The flowers didn't look remotely like the picture. Instead of roses, freesia and peonies, the flowers were anchored by huge day lilies that looked horrendous. When I saw the flowers the day after they were delivered, they were tired, sloppy and drooping. My complaint was followed by a promise to credit part of the purchase which hasn't happened. I have never been so dissatisfied with such an experience.

First and foremost, the order arrived a day late. Secondly, I received far less than what I had ordered. I had placed an online order for a large arrangement, but instead, I received only five small flowers in a vase the size of a salt shaker. The arrangement they sent me also bore no resemblance to the one I had ordered. To make matters worse, the balloon and the note I had sent with the arrangement never arrived. The customer service provided was utterly disappointing. While they were responsive, their offer of a minuscule partial refund for a completely incorrect order was nothing short of insulting. I would never consider doing business with this company again and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them as well.

The sympathy flowering plant that our family sent to a relative was "Just beautiful...flowering...and the planter pot beautiful too" as told to us. It meant a lot to us that the flowering plant we ordered was received in a proper condition and beautiful. The delivery was timely which made for perfect service. Thank you.
