Great prices, and delivered when they said they would!

First time customer. Through Facebook, Just Geek advertise of doing the preorder of the Numbskull x Capcom RE3 Nemesis statue. Because it will be my first statue, I have major doubts about this site. So took a chance and preorder this statue.

Throughout the course of communication, the site did a very good job of giving an update of when the product will be ship when its available. And when I finally got the statue, everything was seal perfectly. No marks or anything on the statue. As long as this site promise of the products of being advertise on the site and not being half ass like Wish, then I highly recommend this site.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and quality geeky items. Hadn't heard of Just Geek before and then first saw them on Perkbox. For someone who collects the odd Hot Toys figure, they're a great option, competitively priced and understand what it is us geeks like. Item came well packaged and protected, highly recommend.

The delivery was very expensive but it arrived very quickly. The only problem is they only sent one sweater when I ordered for 2. I would like to get a hold of a representative if possible. This is not acceptable given how expensive this was from someone not from the UK.

We had an issue with one of the jumpers. No problem, they offered to replace it no further questions asked.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two items for pre-order in May, knowing it'd be around July that I would expect them to be delivered.
July rolls past and I hear nothing, so in August, I have to trawl through their website to find a way to contact someone about an update on my order. It's very badly set up and made in a way that it stops you being able to contact someone directly.
I finally get through to someone after about 2-3 days of the maze website...to find that they over sold on one of the items I purchased and my order had been sitting in limbo for around a month with no one contacting me to tell me there was an issue.
I was offered a refund on the over sold one but I asked, not offered, if I could change it to something else of the same value on the website.
I fear that if I had not noticed or remembered I'd made this order, the issue would never have been sorted and they would never have contacted me and happily kept my money.
