I ordered a “Shrek the Halls” Christmas jumper and 2 other items. I didn’t realise I ordered the wrong size of jumper until it arrived. When I enquired about swapping sizes, I was told I would need to purchase another jumper and send one back to then get my money back for one? I feel like this is much more complicated than it needs to be. I could’ve simply sent the first back then another in the right size sent out when the first was received. The other 2 items were perfect, however.

Great customer service and excellent choice of amazing merchandise on the site. Have bought few times from these guys and definitely will be looking for more cool things over time.

I tried buying my father a yoda Christmas sweater for $35 and was told during checkout that delivery will be $9. I was charged $69. I only managed to find their customer service email through twitter, not their website.

The site is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I use it mostly when buying gifts for family/friends, as they have a wide selection of figures, Tubbz etc. that cannot be found anywhere else, with decent prices and the ability to pay with many different options. Overall a great place to find things either as gifts or for yourself.

Christmas sweater came faulty, not their fault but immediately sent out a replacement. I received rapid responses from the customer service team even in the late hours of the weekend. Excellent service.

I've been waiting for my package since the 27/11/22. I selected Royal Mail as the postage option however the package was delivered on a day I wasn't in, rescheduled delivery for the Monday which was missed and delivery attempted the day after while I was at work, so that was another failure.

This is obviously Royal Mails fault and not Just Geeks but the onus is on the supplier to make sure the customer receives the package in a timely manner.

Why was Royal Mail an option despite strikes, even with a disclaimer?

I enquired with Just Geek and got an email which basically stated. "You chose the delivery option, it's your fault, try another redelivery". This has put the responsibility on me to make sure I received what I purchased. No thanks....

2 stars as the fobbed off email came back quickly, so they are on the ball for this at least.

Ive bought a stuff toy and a Christmas sweater from this company and both items were delivered very quickly and had zero issues with the items. The print on the sweater was accurate and the toy was exactly like the photo.
