Having spotted JUST GEEK due to best price on neca chucky prop.
I decided to give them a try. Very happy with the A+ Speedy service I received and chuffed to bits with item,which arrived very speedily and also perfect condition.
I was super lucky to get a 10% extra discount which I was just over the moon about.which also worked out much much better than anywhere else online price wise.
I would definately use them again and really hope to be.

I was looking for something a bit different for a gift - found unusual flavoured drinks - though the sea salt and cheese was a step too far 😔
Arrived in a good time and each bottle was very well wrapped and intact.
Ordered a couple of times now and have not been disappointed.

Sent me a faulty bag, returned it immediately. It has been delivered (tracked) to them 2 weeks ago, no refund and no confirmation of return despite telling me multiple time s it would all be ok. Has now stopped responding to any emails i send them chasing it up. Disgusting service.
Just geek you are absolute LIARS, after i sent the video i then emailed saying royal mail had delivered it to you. You did reply saying returns can take 4 days to show on the system though and if i hadnt had confirmation on a few days you'd chase with warehouse. i have emailed about 4 times sayings its now shown as delivered and asking how long it takes to be told takes a few days to process it and wait for an email from you. Happy to go through all the emails to show this

Unfortuanatlly the sideshow statue i bought came faulty due to flaws and bad design by sideshow the manufacterers not a fault from just geek,just geek were very hellpfull with this matter and even contacted sideshow about this problem,sideshow didnt offer any resolutions to the matter shows not a good company when faulty items are sent to be sold,just geek offered me a replecment or a full refund as replecment would make no sense as all would have same fault,i wouldnt hesitate to buy from just geek again due to how proffesionaly they handle matters,i would highly reccomend just geek to anyone

I pre-ordered the Jurassic Park ducky collection. When they were finally released I had no information on my order because they had switched systems. Instead of rolling people over to the new system you had to request your account to be reactivated. I kept emailing customer service to find out about my order and if I was going to get it and NEVER got a response. I did finally get my order in the mail but I still can't get into my account. My wife ordered Pennywise as a gift for someone and the box was clearly opened by customs and the box was destroyed along with the tub the duck came in. It's just very disappointing how they're customer service is and how they're shipping is so expensive. I won't order through them anymore. If you can't respond to customers then you don't get my business.
Now the company says they respond to emails and wondering if I had the wrong email. I ensure I did not I even emailed customer service from my email and no response. Sounds about right that you put the blame on the customer instead of just apologizing for the short fall and leaving it at that.

Not had any issues with my order, but the company has ignored 3 separate requests to stop sending marketing emails to me. Their unsubscribe button does nothing. Extremely annoying.

This Harry Potter Golden Snitch Book Light is perfect! Got it as a gift for my wife, total muggle nerd, n she loves it! The ambiance with the golden glow is nice and easy on the eyes. It’s three brightness modes is just right. Strong clip that won’t budge on 30-60 pages, hardback, end table or just standing up on its own. The adjustable gooseneck has good tensile strength as well. Supposed to of had refund giving from this company nothing shows on statement let alone automated information sent details of bank statement from date they say was issued did away with all other info etc to this lousy company it was not good enough re info provided then I used abusive language, get told been reported also get told not to contact them again, what do they expect blood. So OK now wei know they make it look as if customers lie sellers in the right despite circumstances one bad experience leads to another I advise any one if ordering be prepared you may not get refunded despite them saying you have

Having seen the collection of 3 Destiny ghost shells on Just Geek I decided to order them, due to cost I ordered them at separate times. The Warlock shell however arrived broken and I had to arrange a return and replacement which was ok. However the replacement also arrived broken in exactly the same place.

Just Geek have now informed me that it's a known issue due to inadequate packaging from their supplier and would issue a refund once they receive the returned item as it was likely that a replacement would also arrive broken.

However the item is still for sale on their website with them knowing about the problem which I find very strange and it also leaves me without a complete collection.

The social media team is all over positives posts and comments but it seems when there is a problem it's time to bury their heads in the sand.

I used to love Just Geek but this has left me so disappointed I will not be using them again
