My first time ordering from Just Geek could not have been better.
They dispatched extremely quickly, the items were well wrapped and protected and there was good communication emails throughout.

Would not hesitate to buy again.

Just awesome guys. Always got my packages really quickly in Italy. Never had a problem.

Amazing experience, I had a little hiccup with one of the items that I purchased from them, but when I contacted the amazing customer service, they sorted the query and sent me a replacement the next day.

This has not been a good experience. Ordered some Christmas presents last minute after receiving an 'order today for Christmas delivery' email. Dispatch took some time but they arrived on Saturday 23rd, so just arrived in time. When I opened the box of collectables, I was surprised to see that all the boxes had been wrapped with one-ply tissue paper. Absolutely no other packaging material to protect the collectable boxes. As the items were presents for Christmas, there was no time for me to exchange them.
After Christmas I sent an email to customer services with all the details and pictures. I received an email back, not even addressing me by name, and also not signing off with a name (so no accountability for the responses), with a less than enthusiastic apology to say items shouldn't have been posted in that way. Having looked at some of the other reviews on here, actually items are packed this way and I would not order from this company again.
There was another item that I felt was damaged and was told I could return that. When I emailed back to thank them for their lackluster apology and could I have a returns label, I was just sent the label, no further comment on the apology.
Good customer service really costs nothing, a lesson to perhaps be learnt, although it is clear their 'customer services' don't actually care, but this is a lost customer.

1 star is because of quick shipping, the other is because I got the product at all. The other three got deducted because whoever packed this order, which was designated overseas, didn’t consider bubblewrap for these collector’s items. The boxes arrived partially crushed in a flimsy sheet of brown paper, which was torn from the smash damage. I’m dissatisfied with the condition these holiday presents arrived in, and I’m glad to know not to order from Just Geek again.

A very disappointing experience. Ordered a jumper on Friday morning paid £9 for the Saturday delivery because I looked at the delivery options they were offering. On processing order it said they couldn't manage same day despatch ( so why offer it? Why leave that option?) . I needed the jumper Tuesday so on Tuesday evening emailed for update, and got the despatch notification. Have checked daily and this morning, a whole week after it was supposed to come, dpd finally has it . (Whether it comes we will wait and see)

If they can't fulfil a specific service like that they shouldn't offer it and they've not even tried to acknowledge that this isn't right.

Being from another star system I was suitablely impressed with the products I procured via this out of this world website.A strong recommendation for all humans and alien life forms.

Easy to order. Lots of items you can't find anywhere else.
The downside is that in Europe you have to pay customs. Maybe we should include the customs fees in the items.

Never heard of just geeks before but I bought a few items from them well what can I say perfect service great price and fast delivery when package arrived so well packed I will 100% buy from them again

I have ordered from these guys several times now, and they have never failed to meet expectations. Orders are always packaged with care and delivered as expected without any issues/surprises. Hadn't heard of this shop before but a friend requested a gift from there. Was really impressed - quick dispatch, good (and fun!) communication on my order status, item (a jumper) was just as shown and described and packaged safely. Plus the price was good! Would definitely buy from here again

Really good quality and product arrived fast. The package is really nice and protects well the statue.
I just wish I had received the email stating it was shipped to me, because for some reason I didn't.

Got exactly what I asked for and they always kept sending me emails to let me know where the package was which was a bonus so I know exactly wen to expect it, came within a week of placing my order too

Very rare to get a company as prepared to deal with your enquiries as these guys, was a bit concerned about my order and got a response the same day with a full explanation, massively appreciated the fact that they gave me the time of day to explain where my order was
