It was a good experience but when donating the tip section is quite ambiguous and it’s not clear how you remove this option. Other than that I loved using this platform to raise money.

Unable to merge pages
Everything fine unless you happen to have two just giving pages for the same charity in your name ( one set up by the charity after I had set one up) no matter how many times I contacted Just giving they couldn’t merge them??? Very frustrating

One major sticking point for me was the badge for self donation. I contacted them and asked for it as I had self donated and showed them I had. It took ages to get replies and even then they just said oh you must not have been logged in or your transfer didn't go through. Either way I asked for them to put it right at their end. NO apparently I had to make another self donation !!!!

A great site for fundraising and a trusted brand
Justgiving is a great site that I have used several times before. It is easy to use and a well trusted brand, enabling willing supporters to donate to good causes with confidence. It also interfaces with Strava, to show your most recent workout update, which is a welcome recent development.
These are the best bits, which is why I use Justgiving over other platforms.
However, the UI gallery is clunky to navigate; the updates left by the athlete aren’t obvious to visitors and what I would love to see is the journey of the athlete, nicely presented by the app to visitors.
Finally, I would also like the athlete to be able to upload a parade of images about the challenge with some of their own words, so that the system would automatically send a communication to all supporters at the completion of the challenge. This would bring a 5* score from me, rather than the 4* one that I gave it.
