More long time to check in, and diffucults to manage the booking changing. I suggest you don't charge for the LPG refill, is not easy find a station of LPG.

Nice motorhome but overpriced that’s for sure. We paid for the all inclusive option with outdoor camping gear. We should have double checked what this included before paying for it. As we got a simple table and three cheap camping chairs which one of them was damaged by previous user. Also we were told our fridge would work on propane. Which technically it is supposed to. We filled the fridge with food for our 15months old son as well as for us which included many milk content which needed to stay cold. The fridge did not work on propane and we lost all our food. Upon returning the motorhome they verified the fridge and it was indeed not working properly. I guess the person responsible for verifying everything worked prior to us using it did not do the verification properly.

Very nice camping car!
To be improved:
- more information when we recieve it (how to have the fridge work, how to get hot water). It took us four days to get the whole work
- too strong a pressure to take an insurance at the start
- very little equipment (dish, pans ...; wheel chock; ...)

So it meant we couldn’t free camp

Our first time in an auto camper, and it was overall great. But there were a lot of places where Just Go could have been a bigger help. We have ordered a package with toilet articles, camping chairs and so on, which were missing. One bed was broken and we weren’t offered another vehicle but just recommended not to use the bed.

Very good vehicle. The handover (pick-up and return) went smoothly. Very nice and helpful staff.

We booked a 5 berth camper for 7 nights and must say this was a terrible experience ever from start to finish.
On arrival all the pre-filled in forms we’d completed online were a complete waste of time, the system doesn’t let the office staff retract the information so you need to go through it all again.
The place was over crowded and understaffed with kids crying at the front door because their order had been double booked and they weren’t getting what they’d hoped for. It actually transpired they got shown around our vehicle before it was rectified and we were given the right one and they were let down again.

I did actually ask to speak to a manager but they never showed face the whole time we were there

We were eventually rushed through a checkout at 4.30 on a Saturday after arriving at 3, as most the staff had started to leave, we were shown around the internal of the vehicle and there were defects before we even took off, the bathroom handle was loose, which eventually came off, slats broken on the bed and it also turned out that the emergency hot water overflow was on but we only found this out the next day when flooding a car park with all our water, which we later had to pay a full nights fee to a caravan park to refill, however, the owner of the park did identify the issue.
As well as this, the shower never actually worked and we had to book into further campsites to get facilities. Something that wasn’t part of our plans and given we’d spent so much on the van, something we did not expect to encounter.
The van itself was very poor quality, the beds that formed from the sofas are very uncomfortable, the “wood” is very flimsy, the blinds are clunky and difficult to operate, the driving area of the van was just a plain transit van with leather seat covers, not the most comfortable and most others motor homes have the ability to turn the seats and use them when stationary.
The exposed screws etc just emphasise how poor a finish the van has.

There is nowhere local to fill the gas, the nearest ones are the other side of Edinburgh, Dalkeith and Glasgow. Although I was told they do have the facility to refill it’s a standard £40 charge for not bringing it back filled, despite using a little amount.

All in all an awful experience and I would not recommend using Just Go or any their products.

This is all with the exception of Heather on reception who was very helpful throughout the process.

All was great and we do not have reason to complain. There was slight delay when we took over the motorhome the first day but it was no problem at all.

On arrival we were simply ignored for half an hour. The van we got was badly maintained with many defects (blinds falling off or not working, foul grey water tank, extremely cheap unstable camping table, gas bottle not secured, bed bars falling off, toilet casette cover completely broken ...). I would not again rent again there and cannot recomend Bunkcampers in Edinburgh.

Good team, but a very on compleet camper. Give stress and make the holiday time a problem time.

The Motorhome we received was already pretty old, smelly and used. A lot of things were broken or not working correctly anymore, like the sun visor above the driver seat, the locks for the rear garage and the gas storage, a sensor for the water tap, ...

The only reason I'm rating more than one star is the fact that the Staff was super friendly and helpful. Though some of them could use a bit more training, i asked a lot of basic questions and the women who showed us the Motorhome was not really able to answer them correctly. When I insisted on fixing the water tap, there were two technicians who successfully fixed it before we left, they were pretty helpful and also had the knowledge to answer the questions i had.

Maybe I just was unlucky about the car I received and i can totally understand that a rental Motorhome is used, but in my opinion at least all technical things should have been checked better and work correctly.

Friendly staff, everything was explained before use showing where electric hook up cord and water hose were.
Motorhome was comfy to drive with air con for driver
Had everything we needed in way of pots, pans, plates, mugs, utensils, even dish towel.
We supplied our own washing up liquid, bedding and camp chairs.
