Just go Motorhomes - Edinburgh Reviews 

Whilst the staff were pleasant to deal with we had to wait twice as long as we had been told as they were busy. They had run out of the toilet fluid but did offer a discount. The upgrade in van may have been welcomed on another occassion but the larger van meant we had to forego our booking at Applecross meaning that we had to book alternative accomodation without receiving a refund from our planned booking. The van itself was in good condition and had everything onboard that was required. The drop off was very easy and quick.

We had Some Problems with a bug on the Booking Tool, But Staff helped us out very quickly, in a very friendly way.
When Picking up the vehicle, you‘ll Need More Time than you think, But this is because paperwork and insurances to choose are being explained explicetly.

The vehicles are in good condition, the rental agreement is handled very professionally and the staff is very friendly.

Van was beautiful, as we had booked a mystery van , but we were disappointed that we couldn’t get the van until 3 pm , and it had to be back by 10am , this infact takes 1 day of your booking , because you have to hang about , then returning is one big rush on the return

The treatment was good but they gave us an old motorhome for which we pay quite a lot of money and I think we should’ve got a proper one, since we payed the same as for getting a proper one. The motorhome ran mechanically well otherwise.

The staff at Just Go/Bunk Campers was very helpful and caring. Although they were understaffed they were able to clarify all details quickly and with a smile on their faces.
The features and cleanliness of our motorhome was perfect and the briefing was good and short.
During our trip we were more than happy with our motorhome most of the time.
Unfortunately after 5 days of renting the control panel showed an error message and we were not able to fix it by ourselves. As by the time I informed the Just Go staff we had only 3 days left with the motorhome. Therefore we did not need road assistance as the heating as not necessary anyway. But it would have been nice to have hot water to shower inside the motorhome. We had to book more campsites than planned to have hot water.
Everything else was just perfect but this took away a bit of the comfort we expected.

We rented a motorhome for two weeks. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Motorhome was very new and well equipped. Great experience, would recommend.

Overall our motorhome trip was a positive one. Biggest challenge was the collection of the camper - it was a very long and drawn out process. We also had a few issues with the motorhome but they were happy to provide help.

Mostly happy with rental but the shower leaked thru the when motor home when front ent down hill slightly. Kitchen sink leaked into cutlery draw under it, ended up using the grey bowl so as not to wash the cutlery every time we needed to use it.

Also think you should consider level ramps incl in hire. We bought some on day 3 as this was the only way to stop the shower water running thru the home.

My son and I were treated more than fairly and all the staff knew how to help us get the best experience possible. David in Edinbrough in particular. So many Just Go campers seen on our travels. Genuinely would use Just go by preference.

Using a motorhome gave use all the liberty we were expecting from this trip. Some small details may have been explained better when we took the motorhome, but all went well and we got used to it very quickly.

Very good welcome and explanations given on the contract before signing it.
Vehicle was exactly what expected from reservation process on-line.
Vehicle return procedure was reasonably fast and efficient.
Great experience. And what a trip through Scotland !

We had a great time with our motorhome.

Sadly, we had a few technical issue, but the team at Edinburgh was fully supporting and resolved them.

The check-in process could be greatly improved, we had to wait a long time to get the motorhome the first day

1. The Camper was Not available at the agreed time, 2 1/2 hours late as agreed on.
2. After multiple requests via Email before renting of the Camper being large enough for 6'6" tall Driver it turned Out it wasn't. Causing discomfort during driving.
3. Several defect items Like leaking sink in the bathroom, Missing laundry hook in the bathroom and defect bedrest
All in all too much Money for the Not delivered quality and service

Mostly a super smooth and happy experience! Just some minor hiccups with extras we purchased but did not receive (JustGo were perfectly happy to help us resolve these), and staff pushing slightly harder than I like when trying to upsell insurance etc.

A great experience. Everything was perfect. The people who attended us was really fantastic. We’ll recommend Just go to all our friends.

Hello, defiance the hectic rush was the employees kindly and help full. The Motorhome was clean and the ordered equipment was complete.
Because of the hectic rush was the handover inadequate. The Check of the interior was to short. So we found damage of interior at using the motorhome.
Because of the top employees, we were very satisfied and say thank you very much.

Easy correspondence, super friendly and precise instructions

We have just returned from a really awesome holiday touring the NC500 and Skye in a large 6 berth Motorhome. For us, a family of 5 with 3 young kids, the motorhome was a holiday game changer. We could dump everything in it and head off on our adventures without the hassle of pitching tents, being split up in separate hotel bedrooms and being at the beck and call of someone else's timetable. Brilliant.

The motorhome Just Go supplied was only a few months old and as you would expect, clean and tidy. The handover was informative and detailed enough giving us the confidence to go out and get on the road. The motorhome didn't let us down at all and it once we'd got to grips with the size of it and how to hook up to electricity, etc we were up and away.

Given the age of the motorhome I was surprised that one or two things weren't quite right. One of the doors in the kitchen didn't latch closed properly meaning that the door flapped around on every corner (quite frustrating for nearly 3 weeks), one of the four seatbelts didn't work meaning if we were a family of 6 then we wouldn't have been able to drive anywhere safely, and the kitchen wasn't completely stocked up with bowls. Four were missing and we had to go back and ask for them to be restocked.

These are all minor, but important things, so all I would say is that when you pick up your van just take another 5 or 10 minutes to check your motorhome. Understandably the team are busy turning the motorhomes around for new renters and they're really pushed. Unfortunately it may have to fall on you to fill the gaps.

Super friendly personnel during check in and check out.
It was super busy during check in and not much attention was given to an error on the monitor of the motorhome but we do have the feeling that the leisure battery was not fully loaded.
