Absolutely pathetic experience

It was our first time a hiring motorhome and the entire experience with Justgo has been absolutely horrendous to say the least.

On checkin, staff was more interested in finishing their duty and heading home and gave us the the vehicle tour in about 5 mins, leaving us with more questions after the tour than before and we ended up going back inside twice requesting someone else to explain other functions.

Had a flat tyre on day 2, with the tyre being completely flat (unfixable with a patch). Explained this clearly to the breakdown support, yet after 2 hrs they send a Van support who didn't have a spare tyre. Furthermore their breakdown cover wouldn't cover something as basic as tyre replacement. Ridiculous!
Finally, breakdown support asked me to pay from my own pocket for a new tyre and that they will refund it. Lol!
So wait again for another 2hrs for a different vendor.
Lost one whole day of my rental for something as basic as a flat tyre.

Returned the vehicle after a week only to discover there has been no record of any breakdown/incident, let alone refund being issued.
On top of it the front staff rather than being apologetic, says we don't promise you a refund anymore, but we will look into the matter. Really?
Since then, everyone from breakdown support to front office staff to accounts have been just stalling and pushing it to each other with no one taking any responsibility and have the audacity to call the customer irate after failing to act for over a month. It's been over a month now and the situation is still the same.

I would rather pay a bit more and hire elsewhere next time than spoiling my vacation. Worse rental experience ever across anywhere in the world!

Very friendly personal, all things was perfekt just a llttle trouble with a seal from the shower but could happen…the car was new

From the moment of booking to the pickup to the dropoff again, clear friendly and professional service. This was our first rental of a Motorhome and it was a great experience.

Reservation process was excellent, check in was incredibly smooth! The condition of the van was top notch! This was my very first camper van hire and it was amazing! The agent/ host was very friendly and helpful.

Nice helpful staff. The motorhome was to a great spec. We had a fantastic family holiday. Would recommend

We had a good experience, biggest problem, it took 2 hours from us arriving until we left in the motor home this made us late by 2 hours at our first site in Inverness

We had a flat tire in the evening and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone for help. We sat for 6 hours in the middle of a road with no spare tire. Scanning the QR code got us no where and even the next day we got no response.

Booked camper for 4 days came to pick it up front of house soo helpful had the walk round which I recommend every 1 has as its helpful so is the qr codes van was spotless we drove to oban fortwilliam stayed at few sites weather was also fantastic

We hired from JustGo for 8 nights and received a van that was only 4 months old for our trip. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable and the van itself was very comfortable. We had a minor issue with a broken fixture, but there were no quibbles when we returned the vehicle, the company accepted that it was a maintenance issue.
I like that by hiring rather than buying I can choose the vehicle that fits the trip and would definitely use this company again.

We were let down by another hire company on the day our holiday started. We called Just Go on the off chance they could help. They couldn’t have been more helpful and within hours we were able to start our travels.

Seamless process. Friendly staff. Good price for early booking. Couple of small issues with van but nothing major and was resolved. Would use again.

No checks on windows prior to booking out. Customers need to make sure they check ALL windows function properly.
No support. Support line sticker covered up on the dashboard by a post it note giving dimensions of motorhome.

Check toilet works and no leaks in plumbing!!

If two people book, go extra mile and book 5 bed as 4 bed is cramped!

Don’t let them take your deposit from you without a fight!

Motorhome was brilliant. Great size, easy to drive, well equipped and made our trip as enjoyable as possible.

There was no tea towel provided.
No guide in the van about the facilities
No guide on where to regas the bottle

Smooth collection and return process. Staff were lovely. The van was new, clean and we had no problems.
We had booked for 10 days along with the package for essentials. The package was a bit frugal, 2 knives, 2 plates etc. Would've been nice to have a couple of extra. Also only 1 towel each, no hand towel and only 1 tea towel. Perhaps some basic cleaning products? just 1 brush so difficult to keep van clean, especially in bad weather.
We enjoyed the experience and would recommend Just go.

Really good experience as a firts time motorhome-renter. Friendly staff and a thorough introduction to the vehicle. 2 minor issues: I had booked an extra large motorhome (6 bed to 4 adults) to make sure there was enough room, and booked pacage with bed linnen. Unfortunately the linnen was double linnen which didn't work great when wanting to sleep 2+1+1. Had to buy a sleeping bag on the road. Also: had an electrical issue with the vehicle, and had to contact technical staff. Unfortunately they are only on call 9-5 and the issue could perhaps be solved only when pluged in at a campsite, and as we were on a tight schedule, we left campsites in the early morning and only returned to a new campsite in the evening. We decided to "live with it" (heater in the main cabin didn't work when driving, so people in the back were cold). These issues however would not prevent us from using Just Go next time renting a motorhome.

We had an amazing holiday in Scotland hiring a motorhome from Just go. It was all pretty straight forward from booking to collection and returning. Lovely to be able to explore whilst touring around.

Lauren was a complete gem and provided top class service. In fact everybody was friendly at the station. Very happy customers. :)

Motorhome itself was physically fine. Predictably, on the narrow West of Scotland roads we had our wing mirror clipped. Justgo charged £550 in parts alone for this wing mirror which cost £330 through Fiat. Labour and charges were then added on top. Asked justgo to contact me before charging my card and they did not. 1 work days warning of payment being taken. Outrageous.
