Hired a motorhome for the first time, and all i can say is wow i was very impressed, Not only with how nice the motorhome was and how easy it is to use, but all the extras that come with it, The staff were great from start to finish they put me at ease as i have never driving a motorhome before, they are very knowledgeable. We just had a massive mess when we booked with lux motorhomes that has went bust. We called justgo the day before and they got us exactly what we needed quickly. The car was clean and they showed us how everything worked no matter how many times we asked

Transfer from station to pick up should be included as this was a problem for myself and other clients I spoke to.

We greatly enjoyed our holiday with Just Go. They were thorough and made the process seamless. The motorhome was clean and in great condition. It was everything we needed and more. We will definitely plan our next trip with Just Go!

It does not tell you that you have to pay the insurance when you pick up you motorhome

This is a on going complaint but nobody is very interested so this is why i am writing this. We were sent out in a vehicle that was used by the staff so not in great condition, however that was the least of our problems. After a long journey we pulled in for a drink, on our departure the parking brake would not release we contacted breakdown assistance to be advised they could not come out as the vehicle was not taxed, we spent the night on a grass verge as we couldn't get to the campsite i did report the matter to the police. The following morning we called again and advised the vehicle was not taxed and we had broken down amazingly they got the vehicle taxed straight away and apologised for a clerical error really!!!!!! no one was concerned that due to no tax the vehicle insurance WE PAID was not valid, if we hadn't broken down and found out the vehicle had no tax we would have been driving an un insured vehicle all week. I could keep going with this awful experience i have only put this review on as we cannot get any help from this company. We have been refunded £75 hahaha which was done without us agreeing to it. Yes we did have minor damage and lost the £350 HOWEVER we also lost a lot more. Would just be grateful for some communication. Despite contacting enquiries as advised still no response. Fleet vehicles maybe different with insurance it still didn't help us when we stuck on a grass verge as we couldn't get break down assistance as NO TAX.

Myself and a couple of friends hired a lovely motorhome to tour NC500.
On collection, we were persuaded to pay an extra £400 non refundable Liability Reduction charge, as protection against damage to mirrors, tyres etc...
On the trip, the drivers mirror was clipped by a bus which broke the indicator lens and the small wide angle mirror. Thankfully this was covered by the Liability Reduction. Or so we were told. We were later invoiced for a repair bill and charged the £350 excess which is held on account.
For the purpose of openness and honesty, there was a bed slat which had broken, and a plastic hinge on the hob lid (why use plastic where there is heat is beyond me) but this does not in any way justify keeping the excess in my opinion, and hopefully serves as a warning to others before taking out the Liability Reduction.
At the moment we have began the process to appeal this. Unfortunately as I am not the main name on the booking, I cannot take it further, but the appeal will be lodged when the main booking name returns from a holiday abroad.
We hope 'Just Go' will do the right thing and return our £350 excess. This would certainly improve the customer experience score and complete what was otherwise a great holiday.

Just Go have not responded to me publicly here, but Victoria from their Complaints team has confirmed by email the £350 charge should stand. That is £350 (over £750 in total if you include what we paid for the LRO) but £350 specifically for a slat and plastic hinge. Be very cautious if you have kids and were thinking of using this company.

So to confirm, you are saying £350 is a fair charge for a broken bed slat (a bit of wood, which presumably was already compromised as it should not be that flimsy) and a plastic hinge? Really?!?! Wow. I have asked for a breakdown of the charges to see exactly what was spent to fix this. Once I receive this I will share on here. £350 for a bit of wood and plastic is obscene.

We were forgotten at the airport and at the pick-up we have to wait several hours before we could start our holiday... that was very disappointing. And then the cups were not clean and the folding bed in the middle did not go up properly.

Avoid 100% , they will charge you for anything , they charge me £1200 for broken table LEG which cost £40 new at eBay , it was there when I pick it up but it was not noticed by me .
Now it make me very sad for that not ever trust any company .
I done Italy Relocation to help them bringing new Motorhome from a Factory in Italy and I guess they have a new Motorhome warranty from factory , to thank me for my hard driving from near Pisa to Edinburgh they took the money from my account , £1200 is my monthly wages and I am 62 years old .
The fridge did not work and the hot water never worked and I did mention to them when I dropped the Motorhome .
Very disappointed this Company , I wish I checked the review before booking .

We did a camper relocation from the factory in Italy to Edinburgh. Had the camper for 10 days, and had a wonderful time. Staff we dealt with on the phone, and in person, were all very nice. We will do it again!

Brilliant service, care and thoughtfulness from the just go team at Broxburn. From start to finish, they could not have been more helpful. From the young polite guy who showed us around our beautiful motorhome around to the office staff, they were just lovely and made our holiday super special. Motor home was really new, super clean and we had a wonderful trip up west coast of Scotland. Highly recommend!
