Hiring a motor home gave us the chance to try before you buy. It gave us the opportunity to see the pros and cons. Loved it, will defo hire again if we haven't found the right motor home. It was well equipped inside, we met lots of friendly people on the sites we stayed at.

Camper was clean, as advertised and waiting for us. But I did get the impression that JustGo were always trying to inflated the costs, this was by telling me that if the camper was late we would be charged £100/hour, if the toilet wasn’t empty (more cost), must be returned full of water (crazy at we had to drive with an extra ton of weight), cost of filling the AdBlue and £40 of we used the LPG. We were give the option that we could return the camper completely empty of everything (fuel, AdBlue and LPG) for £170, this wasn’t worth it for me as we were only going to Silverstone.
The staff were very helpful but maybe the JustGo management need to review the cost structure

We had various issues with the onboard equipment notably the gas oven grill not working and waste water not draining away. The van was not up to the normal high standards we have come to expect and looked very tatty compared to previous vans we have rented, overall a very disappointing experience considering the amount of money we paid to hire it. Not expecting any calls to rectify this, I dont suppose the staff care.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived and when I returned the camper.

Completely new to camper vans or caravans, Chelsea looks after me explaining the workings of the van gas, water electric hook up, not forgetting the toilet waste dispenser or whatever it was called.

This is the second time I have used Just Go, the pick up and drop off was smooth. The motorhome was almost brand new and a nice drive. I would definitely used Just Go again

As always, the team at Luton done a wonderful job in prepping the beautiful motor home we had booked all that time ago for Glastonbury. Process booking out and then back in as smooth as could be, and knowing that there was full support available if we were to have had a problem while away (of course, we never!). This was the third time we have used Just Go, and are looking forward to making it four.

Excellent service- both checkin in and as being clean with necessary essentials (plates, crockery utensils etc) . We will definitely use Just Go again

Everything went well, picking up the motor home was easy. They explained everything and gave us the user manual in printed form.
The vehicle was a fiat ducato, excellent to drive even being 8m long. Would be better if they just supplied levelling chocks rather than an optional extra, cause they are essential.
Had great time in Scotland, will go again. But book early!

Modern reliable vehicles and a simple check in and out service. Exactly what you would hope for- thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week trip and would definitely use Just Go again

Fantastic customer service as ever. Motorhome was brilliant, beautifully clean and just perfect for our family of four.

We had a great time in our motorhome, definitely travelling in style.. Staff were all very friendly and it was a quick turnaround on pick up and drop off. We'll be back!!

From start to finish it was an amazing experience
The staff were so friendly and helpful
And the location of the pickup was really easy to find
We traveled up through Northumbria heading to Fort William in Scotland
And down to lake district all with such ease in the Fiat Ducato Navigator
My Daughters were so happy
The Motorhome we hired had everything that could be wanted
From plates to heating inside for the chilly nights
Got the hang of all the things that we needed to run the Motorhome such as toilet change
And filling with water and etc
I would highly recommend using Just Go
They really are above all the rest

Our booking was honoured throughout the COVID-19 pandemic so we didn't lose any money and we finally managed to hire a motor home for our intended trip to France some 2 years later than planned! We made several changes to bookings which were all dealt with swiftly and courteously by the Just Go team. Pick up and drop off were no problem at all, the staff explaining the functions of the vehicle in detail plus the motorhome itself was as new. We had a question about the hot water boiler whilst abroad which was rectified by using their app and a quick call for clarification. All in all a fantastic experience for a newbie. Definitely recommend this business to provide a home away from home.

Great service, staff were friendly and helpful. Booking procedure very smooth and all information for using the motor home was well detailed online.

Great customer service and support, had some problems with the frost protection switch tripping, and water supply but with telephone support it was sorted out.

Nice staff only problem could only pick up van after lunch and bring it back before 10 so lost a whole day. Van very clean did the job, had everything you needed.

Used JustGo each year when we go to festivals. Very good value for money, all the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable but in particular Jim was awesome

We have rented from Just Go Eight times now. Every time it has been a pleasure. Always very helpful and Friendly staff. Excellent service at collection and drop-off everything runs very smooth. Lovely Motorhomes and looked after very well. We tried a few different ones and we know the one we like now.

The only downside is I have to keep giving the motorhome back. Lottery win needed I think.

I am sure we will be back to rent again next year if not sooner.

Staff friendly on the phone but not helpful my van battery wasn’t working need to be replaced I was told I had to take it to the garage ruin my holiday
They didn’t provide breakdown or fix whatever i was it’s not like I was out of the UK I was in the country in Scotland!!!!
