From the moment we picked up our camper van from Just Go, we knew we were in for something special. The van was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and surprisingly easy to drive — everything we needed for a smooth, comfortable journey.

Over the course of our trip, we traveled through multiple countries, exploring beautiful cities, breathtaking countryside, and hidden gems we would have missed without the freedom a camper van provides. Every day felt like a new adventure, waking up to different views and making memories we’ll treasure forever.

The Just Go team made everything so easy, from the booking process to explaining how the van worked. Their professionalism and genuine care gave us total peace of mind the entire time. We felt like we had our own little home on wheels, perfectly suited to both long drives and cozy evenings.

I can’t recommend Just Go highly enough — if you’re dreaming of a road trip that lets you see the world at your own pace, this is the way to do it. We’re already planning our next trip!

Been sitting in reception now for over an hour having been given a collection time of 3pm and have just been told the motorhome is not going to be ready for another half an hour. Everyone in here has been given the same story and have also been waiting over an hour. Information has been very vague. Not good enough at all when customers have made onward travel arrangements that need to be changed and/or cancelled. More staff needed.

We’ve had an amazing experience driving a deluxe motorhome from Italy back to the UK. We were given clear instructions of how to manage the motorhome on our travels and found it easy to drive and cosy and comfortable to stay in. We camped near to Florence travelled to Lake Garda, Interlaken, saw amazing places and met interesting people on our travels. Thank you so much for a superb first introduction to motor-homing. We would highly recommend the experience.

We rented a motorhome for 3 months to tour some of Europe and had a great experience with Just Go. One small negative would be that the bed was a bit hard but that could be our age! The staff are very busy but overall gave good service.

Very easy to book and as novice motorhomers we were professionally looked after throughout the whole process. Collection and drop off was very easy.

We are now converted and will be booking again.

The park brake failed after 3 weeks, we phoned the breakdown number and a fix was sorted immediately. Not only was the problem fixed in double quick time, our fuel tank was filled free of charge. Fantastic customer service. Shannon is absolutely fantastic at her job and a credit to Just Go, I have already recommended Just Go to my cousin who has booked a motorhome for 5 weeks.

Picking up the motorhome was easy and the lady was helpful and friendly.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and the whole renting process was good and clear. The car itself worked well and there were no issues at all.

However, a big part of the camping equipment was either dirty or partially defect. The box with the dishes was wet and therefore had mold in it. The camping chairs were full of sand. Especially when we were cleaning the car thoroughly in the end we found some stuff an dirt that were definitely there before us. This makes clear that very few or no cleaning of the company is done inbetween the renting.

As you threat to fine people for not cleaning the car, the least that could be expected is to receive a clean car.

The covers for the front and side windows were damaged and some of them in a state that made them unusable.

Loved the camper and the fixed bed never slept so well camping. Butt there was a nightly issue with the carbonmonoxide monitor going off even though we turned off the gas every night

First - the vehicle itself
New, clean, tidy and maintained at the highest level

Second - and no less important, the lady at the vehicle delivery site - courteous, professional, simply wonderful
Even when returning the vehicle - everything was done quickly, easily and without unnecessary delays

In conclusion - highly recommended

Your customer service on both pick-up and drop-off was excellent, as was the age and condition of the vehicle. Accommodation was very comfortable; your 4-berth layout worked very well for the two of us. The position of your TV also worked well for 2 viewers. Unfortunately, certain aspects of the vehicle fit-out were poor. Crockery & glass ware in particular, but also pots, pans & kettle, were not contained within the cupboards; they were left sliding around. The emergency kit, vehicle jack, and vehicle hoses, etc, along with our 2 suitcases when we added them, were also free to slide around in the generously sized 'garage'. Upon departing your depot, the noise from these unrestrained items was incredible! Luckily we had the vehicle for 5 weeks so were able to invest a day purchasing our own unbreakable (and quieter) plates, bowls, cups and glasses. Your stuff was packed up and stored for the duration of our trip. We also obtained plastic crates and cardboard boxes to create order (thus less noise) from the kaos in the garage. And at the end of the trip we spent time disposing of our items and returning the vehicle to 'pick-up' condition.

The folks at the Toddngton branch were ace and really helpful. The van was amazing but we had issues with the front USB not working and so we had no navigation method. The top bed that lowered down stopped working on the last night so it took about 30 minutes of manual winding (fortunately we found the device in the glove box) then over an hour in 26 degree heat to wind it back up. I would have expected a gesture of good will for such basic failures but we just got a shoulder shrug.

Everything was almost perfect! The van collection was seamless and the drop off very smooth too. The staff at Toddington location were very friendly, customer centric and kind.
I’m the camper itself was almost brand new and had everything as advertised.
Unfortunately one of the beds (the one that converts from a sitting table and benches) gave in under one of our friends which made it an almost perfect experience. We feel that with this configuration the van sleeps 5 rather than 6. We were informed that it seems to be a manufacturer’s fault and it’s currently being looked at. Unfortunately for us that meant that one person had a pretty disrupted sleep. The rest of us slept very well!

We hired a van for Glastonbury. Booking was easy. Staff were professional and friendly. Van was super clean and everything worked well. Beds were very comfortable.

Had a problem with the 240v power having tripped, phoned Just go twice on different days nobody knew how to fix the problem it took talking to someone in Australia who had a motorhome to find out where the trip switch was to fix the problem.
Hired a Just go motorhome 4 years ago and the road into the depot was full of potholes, 4 years later and they are wider and deeper than ever. Good way to test one's driving ability to dodge the holes. Someone must know how to patch a road where expensive vehicles are passing every day

The booking process was simple and great value. I was a little apprehensive about driving this as I’ve never driven anything bigger than a VW Golf but the staff made me feel at ease and friends who had driven before reassured me.

We hired the 6 berth adventurer and were shown around the vehicle by Scarlett who was able to answer all my questions and had a fantastic sense of humour. I opted for the very basic insurance etc and had no issues.

The motorhome was spacious and modern. I was particularly surprised by the size of the fridge which was very handy as we were going to a festival and it was the best being able to have cold beers throughout the day.

The only thing I would say to improve is to point out where the usb ports are and also provide a water carrier as many customers will not be hooked up to mains water/power. We didn't find them until our third day but that was probably our own stupidity.

The battery lasted the 6 days we were there with no issue. Overall a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be booking with JustGo again soon!
