I am rather confused by this review. A pre order was placed on Monday for an item that has an ETA into stock, as clearly stated on both the product page and again in the shopping basket, of end October. As we are not yet at months end I am confused as to what we have done wrong? I also have received no communication from you before now asking. Perhaps you missed the 'next stock' heading? Please do email at any time for updates.

Great, very competitive pricing
Was searching online for a stroller and Just Kids Things had far and away the most competitive price. I'd checked Trustpilot reviews of the site before I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received the stroller really quickly, much sooner than I had expected, so very happy and will be shopping on this site again.

Great little gem!
They were great. The only thing missing was confirmation on when the goods were going to be sent. However, as soon as I left a message the owner got straight back to me.

Fantastic service
Ordered a babyzen yoyo here, couldn’t find it in stock any other place in black and I got 10% off which is a really generous discount, delivery was really quick, I actually ordered Wednesday very late at night and messaged them Friday to say could I upgrade my shipping as I was worried I wouldn’t get it and I needed for a holiday but they replied to say it had been dispatched and it came Saturday so great customer service too, thank you!

Caroline was superb, really communicative and responsive. We were on a bit of a deadline with our purchase as we’re going on holiday (my fault for leaving it last minute) but she communicated throughout and over the bank holiday and update us with all the info and tracking.
