Ordered a Babyzen YoYo
Ordered a Babyzen YoYo and needed it quickly for travelling. By mistake ive put the delivery address same as billing but i needed it somewhere else. I emailed them and asked them to modify on the order and send it on the new address. The communication was great, they replied late on Sunday saying that they cannot change it on the system but that it will be sent where i want it. As you can imagine i was stressed not being able to have any confirmation on the order and thinking they will not deliver right but i was suprised to actually get it where i needed it and quite quick. I ordered Saturday evening and got the delivery on Tuesday by Dpd altho they said they were struggling a bit with my product. I am very happy with the whole service. Thank you
