Bought the Thule Glide 2 pushchair for my Grandson. Superb pram but great company - best price - best service - fast delivery. The whole process was slick.

Bought Thule Glide 2 pushchair and it arrived in the wrong package (Thule Urban Glide 2). When we opened the box, we found that we can't use the pushchair, because one part was missing. We got in touch with Justkidsthings and they managed to sort it out in a few weeks. Overall, not so bad experience. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Really horrible customer services. Snooty all the way. I would go to John Lewis or somewhere else where if you run into any issues with your order you will not be met with such an obnoxious person on the phone. I was just about to buy a buggy from them but was so put off by how rude the woman was on the phone. I thought ' These guys could be trouble, and I'll take my business else where thank you very much' BUY ELSE WHERE

Lovely company and Caroline was always so responsive to my questions or enquires. Ordered quite a few things which were on back order but once in stock were sent out promptly. Was my first time using this site and I would certainly recommend.

Sadly very disappointed at present as when purchased the buggy it advised new stock coming in January.

I have had to chase a few times and not sure whether I would have had anyone advise me that now it is February/March before.

Having an 8 month old baby and stuck in house with covid and financial constraints - this really has not helped us mentally at all.

When I chased I was asked if I would like the lighter blue; however this will not do when out in mud, etc.

I understand covid makes things difficult for all; however better customer service in you advising me more regularly would have been sincerely appreciated.

We might just need to get a refund...

Brilliant service. Fast delivery and seller very quickly told me 1 of 3 items were out of stock and offered to either wait for all 3 or to send out the 2 that were in stock. Very helpful and friendly. Would give 6 stars if I could

Very happy with Just kids things. My pushchair arrived safe and sound. There was a delay (which is to be expected during covid times!) but Caroline from Just Kids Things maintained regular contact and kept me updated. The pushchair is perfect (and at a great price!) and came with a bonus raincover. Thank you!
