I purchased on Sunday afternoon Babyzen yoyo2 bundle but then after talking to few people who owned same pram and doing more of a research.. I realised that the pram won’t suit us because of few reasons the base of the pram is very low and my husband have bad back after being in accident. I contacted them via email same night and asked to cancel my order pls before shipping was done as it says on their return policy! Lady responded early morning with very long message and said pram is good for tall people and that pram is very light will be great for my husband and so on... Anyways I apologised and asked her kindly to cancel my order which she did cancel but they have charged me £20 for nothing what a scam and very unprofessional service ( it was Sunday and my payment haven’t even gone through, yet).They probably only good when you buy something and don’t complain! We are very much disappointed, it was our first time buying from justkidding and thanks will be the last one.

Unfortunately PayPals new policy is to not refund payment processing fees to retailers. This is detailed on the cancel/return page of our website. It is not a policy that I agree with and I hope PayPal may change back with industry pressure. Small businesses can not cover the fees for a 'change of mind' purchase sadly as it is a direct cost to us incurred whether the sale is delivered or not. Customer used instant payment through PayPal so the timescale of cancellation was not relevant. It is only the payment processing fees that were not refunded as detailed in the PayPal refund confirmation. This is a PayPal policy and is not relevant for purchases made through our website using Checkout.com.
Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! We ordered the Thule Sleek pram with many accessories (as we are expecting twins!), one which was backordered and caused a slight delay in delivery. However, the team clearly communicated and had it ordered and on its way to us within a couple days. We received everything so quickly and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend Justkidsthings and the Thule Sleek pram.

Customer is unhappy with us as we had to say no to the return of a pushchair package which had been opened in its entirety, set up and tried out. Please always read our returns policy carefully. Where possible try before you buy, and if unsure, please email us and discuss first so that we can explain the boundaries of return in detail so conflict can be avoided post sale. We are not an awful company. We try our best to be nice to everyone but that does not include taking back opened, set up and used goods simply to avoid the threat of a one star review.
