Since last week that I ordered the…baby car seat
Since last week that I ordered the item, I received an email for the confirmation of order another for ‘item placed on back order’ and another for ‘payment accepted’.
During the ordering process there was a comments section where I asked to get a callback for the order confirmation and delivery which was never done.
I still haven’t received my goods and today you have asked me to review you on trustpilot.
Well nothing has been done yet and nothing has been sent yet.

I am very confused by this review Hanry as you have pre ordered an item that isn't available until later in June. This is clearly stated on the page you ordered from. I have also not received any messages from you requesting a call back, so perhaps you could forward me this email again? I am sorry you aren't happy, but I am not sure what else we could have done to satisfy on this occasion.
