The best company I've worked with as a marketer. I love the team, they are incredibly available, knowledgeable and innovative. The new platform they designed is very powerful and is honestly a must-have for a modern digital marketer. Nothing but positive things to say about them!

My two favorite things are:

* The ability to trigger extremely personalized content on our website, so it hits our visitors at the right time
* The ease of deploying new content blocks or pop-ups with beautiful premade responsive templates

I've been using JustUno for over 10 years. I found them looking for an easy way to manage our mailing list popups. It was extremely affordable. In addition to growing our mailing list, I felt like it had an immediate effect on our conversion rate. Last year(2025) we moved our website from BigCommerce to a Wordpress backend. It was kind of a disaster, and after the first couple weeks of the transition I was looking for ways to increase our conversion rate, and read about JustUnos managed services. I was skeptical that I'd get out of it what the managed platform cost, but it was hard to say to no to Chris's pitch, and I signed up for three months. Its been a year now, and the proof is in the numbers. JustUnos managed services works well for us. Our rep Miranda is awesome ! We meet regularly to not only talk about results, but she makes suggestions to continue to improve on what is working. The sales team (CHRIS) convinced me that our sales were hurting because we were lacking their services. As a solopreneur running a small business, I was very hesitant as we don’t advertise and, therefore have not a lot of monthly visitors, however, CHRIS convinced me I needed Justuno to increase conversion on my website. I paid for 3 months, of white-glove service- there was no other option for what they were selling me. The first round for Black Friday went well- the banners matched my website and branding and they got everything up in time. No conversions.

Then the white glove service told me they would start working on my Christmas banners and get them going for the first week of December. That week came and went and at the end of the second week, they finally had my banners up 2 weeks too late. Well, guess what? No conversions. I had a meeting arranged to discuss New Year’s strategy but a series of events occurred- my dog needed urgent vet care, then my daughter was admitted to the ICU, etc.

In January, when I emailed them about my disappointment from the last round but still expected my banners for January which I PAID FOR, they cancelled my account and robbed me of one month of services!

I am not one for writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my terrible JUSTUNO experience with other small business owners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS TEAM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS. THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE 3-MONTH TRIAL TO RIP YOU OFF.

This is the absolute worst company! They are thieves and only care about their big clients while stealing from small businesses! I will NEVER USE JUSTUNO AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL MY FELLOW BRANDS AT THE SHOWROOMS WE SHARE ACROSS THE US!

I have had a great experience with JustUno and it has helped increase our conversion rates and email list size. I highly recommend!

Dont make a complaint when they do something wrong, they will just cancel your account, awful customer services, they take complaints personally when they have messed up and instead of correctly they will just cancel and think that is the end of it!

GDPR is no concern to this company, they dont care about your personal data

Just using the free pop-up service, which works okay and is free for a small shop. Could have a more intuitive interface, but as long as you can use the free one its pretty helpful.

I was promised terrific service by the sales people who convinced me to give JustUno a try, they also promised me that if the service was not meeting my expectations, that I could cancel at any time. Well, it did not and the company refused to let me cancel so I wasted a year's worth of payments at almost $500 per month for nothing. A total rip off. You can acheive as good or better results on your own, they only design pop ups for your website, nothing else. The Just Uno service is a waste of money and their sales people will tell you anything to get you signed up because once you're signed up, they are done with you. Any company that does not honor what their sales department promises does not belong in business. Do your popups yourself and save the money.
