I've had the most positive experience with Juwelo and have ordered a few times now. I was looking for a ring for my boyfriend, and had a lot of questions, as it was my first big purchase, was not for myself, and the ring size was a big question. The Customer Support was impeccable, quick to react, very polite and kind. I received the ring, and I couldn't have been happier. It looks even better in real life than in the photo and video on the website. Another thing that I liked a lot is that for most things in the store you have a photo, 3D model and a video from all possible angles and you can hear relevant discussion about the gemstone, which is a lot of fun and helps a lot to make a choice. I will defnitely buy again, now only at Juwelo, by far the biggest selection of jewellry I have seen and great prices, also rare gemstones.

I have bought a pair of ear studs with Lemon Quartz stones from silver coated by gold as the frames. They are so lovely and amazing. I love them so much. The price is unbelievable because it is quite cheap for these amazing stuffs. The process was fast and the delivery took around 3 days. I am thinking to purchase other jewelries from this company next time. I think this will be my favorite place to buy stone jewelry. Success and thank you.

In addition to the earrings, I also received a nice welcome package including a certificate of authenticity.
The webshop provides detailed descriptions of the articles.
The delivery time was slightly longer than usual, the contact with customer service about this was very good.

My first impression was very good actually, my necklace was packaged really nice, so nice that made me think of the budget they spent on packaging and that is included in price I pay. Thought on the necklace itself, the threads on which the beads were strung were not hidden in any way, that looks more like cheap product that really high quality. So two days later I found the same product at Amazon, not just similar but literally same two-three times cheaper. Which was understandable from the packaging and videos on juwelo website. So if you’re sensitive to price don’t buy here. If you’re more sensitive for service - go for it.

First time I ordered a few things. Returned one item without any problems. With one of the hangers, there was a bubble. After contacting customer service I was advised to replace it, if I did not like the one I got. Now, here it starts! Through the whole situation, I was helped by Zita, from customer service. I cannot praise her enough. She was so helpful and understanding. I appreciate her help through the whole situation. There were few times until I finally got the one that I was happy with, but I could not even get mad at the whole situation, because of her. Honestly, she was amazing. Usually, my experience with customer service is good, or bad. But this one stood out for me as Zita went above and beyond to help me out. I already ordered from them again, and I am sure it will not be the last time. Love the jewelry, and love their approach to customers.

Very happy with the ring. Not cheap but of good quality and clearly a finishing that has eye for details. Equally happy with the communication: very responsive customer service.
Minor comment: pictures do not always represent well the product - this is mentioned in a footnote (different type of gold may be used than in the picture) but requires customers to visualize what the type of gold from the description would look like in reality.
