EDIT - To update, after requesting my complaint was sent on to a manager, Juwelo credited my account 50 Euros to compensate for their error. I have given an extra star to reflect this.
Avoid buying if you're in the UK.
The ring I bought was lovely, however they filled in the customs declaration incorrectly, stating the invoice Euros price I paid, in GBP on the form.
This resulted in a month's delay at the border and customs overcharging me £40 in duty and taxes.
When I sent emails with photographs showing their error and the customs invoice, requesting they rectify things by way of an account credit they flat out refused.
This has left me unwilling to buy from them again as it was clearly their error and I have been left to pay for it financially.
Very poor customer service.
(I will add that they do provide a 'discount' to UK customers to take the customs charges into account, this is shown on the purchase price email, however this is irrelevant to my review. 1 Euro does not equate to 1 GBP therefore you cannot state the numerical value of the invoice with a different currency and expect the taxes to be correctly worked out by customs!)

Please can someone at Juwelo help me. The customer service team is almost impossible to get hold of. The tracking links don’t work and I haven’t received one of 3 orders that I’ve placed. Love the jewellery, but the customer service really needs to improve.

I bought three men's rings and couldn't believe how good looking these pieces are. I bought one with Merelani mint garnets, one with prehnite and one with danburite. The quality of the stones in the three cases is outstanding. The danburite ring is on the lighter side metal-wise, but still beautiful. Didn't know what to expect and now I hope to be regular Juwelo customer. I hope that in the future the quality of the images in the website improves since the images do not do justice to the real quality of the pieces for sale.

However, the workmanship otherwise looks exceptional and I still like them. Not being familiar with the stone I assume there is a smaller number to select from and they don't have the clarity I expected. Some of this is due to the nature and rarity of the rock, but there is one stone that stands out and doesn't quite match up. Regardless, I would order from Juwelo again. The craftsmanship was lovely and there is such a wide selection of standard as well as unusual gemstones.

I purchaced 3 rings
I purchaced 3 rings. They did not fit.
I tried calling numerous times, but always seemed to be not there due to the time difference. Then, I emailed your customer service 2 days ago about returning them and have NOT heard back. Like your jewelery but first time order and no customer service yet. Please remedy this. I will not keep and pay for these.
