Don't normally leave bad reviews. This review is purely on my product satisfaction and not JW supplements as I think they are the best place to get my products from
This time tho I got the matrix labs GW stack and this has not worked at all either very under dosed or just bad batch as it's had no effect at all. Compared to shred stack which worked extremely well and also I've used gw51516 many times for 6-8wks cycles and never had an issue.
Quite disappointed that this GW stack hasn't worked at all even tried 2 tablets which had.same effect NOTHING
The Matrix labs MK677 has been pretty week too tho maybe not as good as the Brawn mk677 so.i do t think I would recommend or use matrix labs products again I feel like I wasted my money this time :(
Definitely I would use and recommend JW supplements tho

Placed order and paid for expedited shipping to US. Order arrived in 3 days unfortunately 1 product was not what I ordered. I emailed them with a photo. The correct item shipped that day and arrived in 3 days. I paid a couple bucks and kept the wrong product because I could use it. Customer service was great shipping time was great since international. I will use them again for sure.

Product is brilliant but DPD are absolutely shocking. Twice I have made arrangements for someone to be at home and twice they haven't delivered when they say they would. Shocking!!!! Use someone else for my parcels please. They are unreliable

Damaged product; no follow-up
On August 13th I received my order. The bottles were all severely damaged and appeared as if they had melted during transit. Pictures were taken and sent to JW. Customer service told me that they would notify DHL. The next follow-up only happened because I reached out. I was told that DHL was ‘investigating’, which is interesting. The package left JW intact and landed at my doorstep destroyed. Pretty sure DHL can investigate all they want, but the bottom line is they and JW need to sort out how to make the customer whole. That last communication was August 25. It has now been over a month since I was told that someone would get back to me. Now I’m sure DHL is thorough, but this isn’t the Warren Commission here. It shouldn’t take (as of this writing) six weeks to get me either my money back or a replacement product. JW was adamant about not doing anything until they had answers from DHL, and I’m assuming they knew that such answers would never be forthcoming. They have my money, I have no product, and they get to blame the gigantic multinational shipping company while I sit like an idiot and wait. I cannot imagine a circumstance under which I would ever use JW again nor would I recommend them to anyone. As far as they are concerned once they have your money you’re no longer worth servicing. Very disappointed, especially given how many positive reviews they’ve had over the years.
