ENSURE COMPACT 6X3 WAS PACKED IN A FLIMSY BOX BY NUTRIDRINKS.
A BUBBLE WRAP WAS THROWN ON TOP.
THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT WHATSOEVER TO PUT BUBBLE WRAP IN BETWEEN THE PACKS TO PREVENT THE PRODUCTS BEING THROWN AROUND WHILE IN TRANSIT.
ONE PACK TORE OPEN AND SCATTETED IN THE FLIMSY BOX.
I ASKED COMPANY TO ARRANGE COLLECTION.
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ARRANGE COLLECTION AND ARE NOT ENGAGING AT ALL.
TOTALLY AVOID THE INEPT, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC COMPANY CALLED NUTRIDRINKS.

I recently ordered £80 of Fortisip vanilla shakes but received strawberry? Now this doesn’t sound a big deal and normally it wouldn’t be, but my mother who has spent five months in hospital and has lost a huge amount of weight needed the shakes as part of her diet to increase her weight now is taking strawberry drinks that I didn’t order, and my mum doesn’t really like so she has been drinking them because she needs it. I emailed Nutrition Drinks and there resolution was I had to wait nearly a week for them to send what I ordered in the first place, but they wanted me to send back the the first order which was impossible as mum had drank twelve shakes. So I told the delivery driver to send back the order. That was yesterday. Today they rang me, not to apologise, but where is the parcel. I told there business was Mickey Mouse, And I was told I was being rude. That’s when I was rude, I hung up!

I ordered 12 Fresubin thickened milkshakes on 8 July for my elderly mother who has dysphagia. The order, including shipping was £59.15. I was sent Fresubin drinks (thinner) and not the milkshakes (thicker) which is what I need and what I ordered. I emailed sales as soon as the order arrived, with photo of what was in the box plus invoice as the 2 didn’t match. No response. I waited a few days, forwarded same email again. Again radio silence. I will not be dealing with this company ever again. First and last time. It’s too much money to spend on something you cannot use.

Received the package (unfortunately 2 days late) but at least we’ve received it and also received the postage refund - thank you.
We made a new order and that was despatched same day for next day delivery so we really appreciate that. We will be using them again in the future.

I ordered some drinks for my severely ill relative Friday morning and paid £19.95 for Saturday delivery as they were urgent. I then got an email late Friday afternoon saying that they couldn’t despatch and wouldn’t be delivering until Tuesday. No mention of a refund for the £19.95 delivery fee I paid. I then phoned and said I wanted a refund of the delivery fee as they were not going to fulfil their end of the bargain.

It’s now late Monday afternoon and I’ve just received another email saying it won’t even be despatched today and still no email notification (that they told me I’d receive) for the refund, so clearly no refund has been processed either! I am beginning to think that I will never receive the goods or refund so will be issuing a chargeback on my card if they don’t deliver this week.

Buyers beware if you are buying for a very sick loved one then please don’t rely on this service to get it to you quickly

Price was reasonable. Couldn't manage next day delivery (which I didn't need) but kept me informed and delivered the following day.

Order arrived on time and in good condition and I was able to start using it right away.
Particularly impressed that the company called to check I was happy with sell by date as it only had about 7 weeks until expiry but as the product was going to be used up within two or three weeks this wasn't an issue.
