I thought i ordered a whole door...
I thought i ordered a whole door.... And then it was just the blade.. And somewhere small in the text it says without frame.... All the pictures and everything looks like it's a door with the frame... I will never again buy something from you!

Acting like crooks!
I ordered a sauna decking replacement pupose built to my specifications and sizes by Harvia. The sizes have been changed since ordering, (the order is correct, the delivery not). It is now useless. K-Rauta refuse a return and refuse any explanation why. I am now taking legal action to recover my losses. I have spent hundreds of thousands of SEK in K-Rauta. Never will I purchase anything from them again. Appalling customer service!
