do not send your children here. it started out okay even though I had to send them information several times now here it is at the end of the year and Danielle is contacting me telling me that she's going to lock my son's portal so he cannot do his school work and move on to the next grade for next year because she can't find my son's Florida school physical form that we sent in at the beginning of the year Make it make sense he wouldn't have been able to go to school year without having all this in there So now my son will not be passing this year because of that because I no longer have that we move to another house and I have no idea where it's at at this point be very careful here we are what two months from the kids finishing school in this pops up? clearly somebody don't have their stuff together there I will be getting hold of the Florida State board of education about this as well and they are very aware that I'm doing this

I wouldn't recommend this school since, while it wasn't too bad previous year, it has gotten considerably worse this year. Despite the fact that two of my children attend this school, I repeatedly gave them required documentation, but each time they claimed not to have it. By the end of the school year, I ended up having to get in contact with the principal and attach the document to the email which was told by the principle the document had been recieved. The same issue with the same document this year, and I was contacted by phone and email about it a few days ago. I couldn't locate the same paperwork because of packing, so I had to schedule an appointment to pick it up. I did try to call the school to let them know but I could never get a hold of anyone. The missing document (so they claim) resulted in the unenrollment of one of my children. The documentation of the other children were in order. The school lacks communication and is unprofessional and careless, and this is ridiculous. They claimed to have emailed me about this matter back in July, but I never got the email. If that were the case, they ought to have given me a call in July. I did not recieve a call. They gave me seven days to upload the document, and I had until the end of October to do it. Just unenrollment; no call to obtain an update. My other child who is currently enrolled has IEP.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my son enrolled in a school, had all information approved through the portal even a start date just for them to withdrawal him because they said his report card and immunization records didn't get approved, then why did they approve them in the portal to begin with, and one of your employees named lex was very rude and argumentative.I cant even redo the forms because they said the enrollment was closed. very upset and disappointed.

We are moving a lot in the last 7 years and our daughter is happy because she do not have to change the school. She do not have to lose classes.

This is a good school. But I've had problems with the attendence policy.
They say turn in attendence forms for absences and I did only for them not to excuse my student. They schedule the student for on-site testing and class on the same day and unexcused it again even when I sent the form. They did fix it but I had to fight for it. I've tried to reach the principle for a formal complaint but I've received no response. Other then that we have had no other problems.

Covid destroyed my children's confidence with going to face to face school. I'm very petrified to send my kids back to public school. FLCCA has worked miracles with my children. They actually have personal finance class. Excellent curriculum. Excellent teachers.

My daughter has attended FLCCA for the past several years. We love FLCCA! The teachers are awesome and hold the students responsible and accountable for their attendance and assignments. The structure of FLCCA is very meticulous and really is the best choice for online school. We had a wonderful experience. My daughter is going into 10th grade and is transitioning back into a brick and mortar charter school, more so for the social aspect of school. But I would definitely choose FLCCA if she decides to go back to online.

I love that the students had chances to get a better grade on their assignments and test. They are able to be more independent and more time to complete an assignment or test instead of just a few minutes. The administration, staff and teachers respond and keep you updated on your child's progress and what they need to complete or even try again on an assignment if the grade was bad. I have experience two of the schools Digital Academy of Florida and Florida Cyber Charter Academy.

My son has been successful thanks to the teachers and therapists from K12, he has been in K12 since Kindergarten. My son loves interacting with his classmates and teachers. This has been the best decision.

We’ve been enrolled with K12 for two years now and are looking forward to the next years to come. Our little one will also be enrolled next year to start off Kindergarten. It’s an amazing experience to be able to be a part of our kids learning journey. We get to be involved as opposed to just sending them to school. The excitement when they learn something new and they look for you to share their new skills is truly something worth experiencing. Schedule is great, they let you know when schools out ahead of time, and their communication is quick. Highly recommend for those looking for at home public school and to be more involved with their kids. They send you everything you need right before the new school year starts too.
