Disrespectful towars customers. I have send polite message on 16/8 regarding possible date of viewing the car. Sadly,still hasnt received any answer from them,very disrespectful,ignoring potential customers?.

My dealings with the owner of this company after buying a van from him was appalling after receiving very arrogant almost abusive messages from him about my problems with the van I could have gone further with Fair Trading but decided to to have no more dealings with him whatsoever I believe in Karma He was obviously a very sick man My condolences to his lovely wife Evelyn

We are yet another start up company who fell victim to Simons bull s**t and dishonesty. £8000 for a van that was confirmed to have a completely damaged engine, then later a damaged turbo, then a damaged wiring loom, the list grew, and the only thing he could do was to completely ignore us until we started being persistent and pushy only to receive a completely fabricated reaction from him including a police investigation on us!! This man likes to manipulate to play the victim!!!! Today we stand in £19,000 of debt, still no business, and now a pointless court case because Simon has closed his company for one reason and one reason only… to run away like a coward from all the victims he has lied to and robbed, Absolute crook!!!! If only we could all meet up and take this man down together!!!! Btw all the positive reviews on here are all from his Facebook pals.

Simon is an absolute crook and liar. He sells awful vans, will take your money and run. He's now liquidated his business and started up BH16 cars because he has MULTIPLE people waiting to take him to court.

What an absolute rouge trader. Simon from K9 cars is now in the process of liquidating his business so I can not take him to court to get my money back after selling me a faulty car. I have had no choice but to scrap the car and lose thousands of pounds. Simon and K9 car will no doubt start up again under a different name. Do some serious research into this guy before purchasing anything from him or his company. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing and will take your money without a second thought and claim to be "a nice guy". He took my money and ran!

We bought a Ford S-max from Simon, which we had delivered. All great on the messages and thought he had a good reputation. He said in a message "I will always do what I can to help you in the future", far from it.
When the vehicle arrived, the dashboard said that the rear passenger door was open when it wasn't and the brake light needed a bulb, which we replaced.
When my partner drove the vehicle the dashboard went off completely for several minutes. The speedo and gauges went to zero... This is a common problem with this vehicle. We contacted Simon to have it repaired under the warranty stated on the receipt, by email and messages, but he is choosing to ignore us completely.
It seems if he sells you a good car he is a nice, polite salesman. If you require warranty work, he refuses to honour the warranty and refuses to respond.
We will now repair the vehicle ourselves, then lodge a claim in the small claim courts as we have seen on another review we have read.
We said we would give him 5 days to respond to our last message, which he hasn't, hence this review to let others know.

I bought an ex police Astra from Simon. It had a few minor issues but they were all fixed without a problem. I would recommend K9 cars, especially as I hate buying cars!!! :-D

Purchased a Ford Focus TDDI from Simon in February. Very happy with the car, it was excellent value and Simon was very personable to deal with. He went out of his way to get the car to me on a Saturday morning at very short notice… Highly recommend.

All I can say is Excellent service. Great cars

I've had 2 Ford Focus diesel from K9 Cars, ...no problems what so ever, and Simon the owner was helpful and reliable.

Great value motoring, ex police cars are among the best in house serviced vehicles you and buy. The customer care given has been brilliant, if I need a car quickly for staff I can get one same day. I would and do buy more cars form K9 Cars

Bought an ambulance from them for a charity project (explained this at first contact), they insisted on delivery, were late delivering it so I wasn't here to check it, it didn't move for a week tried starting but was dead, called AA who confirmed a faulty starter, consulted Simon from K9.he agreed we recover it, on restarting bottom end had failed. 5 star rated garage has confirmed failed done less than a mile £6k plus to repair, K9 Cars are refusing to repair, replace or refund or even contributing we already have over £500 of costs we are going to court. Nice people
