Unprofessional, I appreciate you are busy and online reviews for cases you have helped with are great and the reason i wanted your firm to help me but i called you Friday and was told you could help and i pointed out i had 1 week to make the document and what i needed (3-4 hours paid time with someone in family law). I was told i would receive a call and i did not and i called again Monday afternoon (today) to be told you were sorry but you're at full capacity and can't take on more work. Why not just say this on the Friday as now i have 4 days less to get help.

Maybe your firm can be upfront with potential customers in the future as you have really caused stress and worry for me and the family.

As a father of 2 young children, I decided to make an application for a child arrangement order using solicitors. When I instructed my solicitors, they didn't care about what I had to say, had no plans or strategy, always difficult to get through to them and they eventually damaged my case. I can't express how helpful and caring Mo is, he genuinely cares about my situation and he immediately gave me a plan, unlike solicitors, Mo took into consideration that I didn't have thousands of pounds sitting in my account and he did his best to minimise cost. This company is so well organised, modern way of doing things such as uploading your files into an online drive.
All I can say is if you're lucky to have Mo you will be in good hands. He goes beyond his duties, he called on Sunday at 11 pm when I needed it and even prepared some emails for me when I didn't have the confidence.
I can proudly say now I have the confidence and I know a lot more about the process and we have built a strong case.
Any father out there who isn't sure and feels like mothers have the advantage, please do yourself a favour and speak to Mo!
