Excellent service

Difficult to get parts for kamado type BBQs but this shop had them, needed a new fire ring good price safely delivered

Great prices, fast delivery and great customer support!
Product quality is top notch and jst as described. They also stock difficult to find sizes of accessories.

Amazing customer service from start to finish including taking time to give advice and sent photos to help decide what size kamado I wanted.

No cover was sent with the Kamado but when I contacted them they replied within a few hours and cover was immediately posted out.

Faultless service

I recently purchased the 26"kamado, Im very impressed with the quality and how fast the delivery was.

Very quick delivery and fast response when an item was not delivered arrived two days later as couriers miss placed one item top quality products will certainly use them again.

Grill is yet to be used but appears to be a quality product, easily assembled using simple instructions with tools supplied. Product is very heavy and needed two people to lift grill on to assembled platform.
Outdoor cover was missing on delivery but has been promised to arrive within next couple of days.

Superb grill and excellent value for money

Unfortunately I was disappointed as soon as I built it. my first observation was that the paint cracked, no matter as long as it sticks and doesn’t fall off. Second, the bottom of the kamado is uneven, which is why the firebox always wobbly to the sides. And also the firebox ring does not have a regular round shape. Third, after a month of use, I noticed that the lower charcoal grate cracked. I send email to the warranty, and explained what is wrong with my Kamado, they just told me that wasn’t affecting cooking and wasn’t going to change anything. When I spent £ 600 on a barbecue, I really expected better quality, and after sale warranty service. I’m going to throw away this piece of rubbish and buy another kamado where I won’t mind that it’s poor quality.

Fantastic item and customer service.
I ordered the Queen-sized Kamodo, I was tempted to to for the King-size as we currently have a small Kamodo and although great for two people, any more it just wasn't big enough. The Queen-size is more than big enough for our needs.
The order was placed on the Sunday afternoon, I got a call on the Monday asking when would be convenient for the delivery (nice touch!), delivery was made on the Thursday at 8.30am.
It took about 30 minutes to put together , primarily due to it being heavy. All the tools needed are included, the instructions are simply and easy to follow.
Once a small curing burn had been done, and a quick check everything was tight it was too late for cooking.
Friday night saw an evening of pizza and chicken wings... amazing!!!
The Komodo is easy to use, heats up quickly and holds the heat well.
After three days of owning this we've had pizza, wings, slow roasted brisket and currently have jacket potatoes and and couple of chickens on the go!!!!

Build quality on the Super King 26" is excellent, and the accessories are great.

The service, communication, and delivery person were faultless.
